I had ordered mobile case on Instagram from caseily accessories page. He asked me to send Rs. 800 on his number [protected] for the case. Which i paid him through GPay on 08.02.2023. He took my delivery details. But he has not delivered the product till date. And when i asked him on Instagram and WhatsApp he ignores the msg and then gives false commitment. I understood he is cheating so i asked him that it's been nearly a month, he gives wrong tracking details of professional courier. He is not refunding and now talks vulgar. He says won't refund and also doesn't gives delivery date. It's clear that he (Khushal Narsi Rita) is cheating and running a fake business. Kindly take action against him and also stop him fooling people.

Caseily accessoriesi is one BIG FAT SCAM on Instagram. This guy who goes by the name Rita is a mastermind fraud. Lured me into his conversation by getting friendly and asking about my career line instead. Rita was instant in his replies until I had made the payment.
The minute payment was completed this guy vanished like anything. Would not return calls or reply to messages. Instead, divertee to professional couriers saying these guys would deliver. On inquiry I got to know professional couriers is another group of phishing scammers who lure money via UPI fraud. When I declined to pay 5 RS for fast delivery that is when they started to abuse and I realised it is all one big scam. As of this moment I'm still calling him. He stays online, posts on Instagram but would reply for once. Looking by the previous threads on this forum, this guy is clearly unfazed by the fact that people are actually posting their complaints on consumer complaint forum because there is still no action against him.
It's too late to realise but now I see it why they have not posted their address on any platform like a genuine shop would do.
I hold this guy and his page responsible for scamming me and others of their hard earned money.
Not delivering orders because people hurled abuses at you ?? Is Rita for real? Obviously people will have it if they are scammed of their money. What else do these guys expect ??
It's been close to 15 days now and till this date I'm struggling to get a reply from this fraud or money back. I came to his forum because I see others struggling for the same thing. Meanwhile I also know that this will not change a thing in their Operations but actions are never taken to punish such guys but I hope I'm proven wrong here.

I bought two cover from this person on 17 December 2022 bt he is nớt sending the product and not replying to my message and call also

He is a scammer, don't fall for his prices. The order will never be delivered, his phone unreachable and he will go as far as providing a fake tracking number. Report him to your nearest cyber security cell. He has turned off his Instagram comments for a reason.

Note this person Khushal Narshi Rita is a scammer. Don't fall for his prices like I did. He will never deliver and will stop replying. He will always say coming week coming week until you stop asking. Use his payment contact number to call him no the one he provides because he switches it off. Don't withdraw any complain of yours until you get the piece or the money back.

Order phones accessories worth ₹4k, the person never respons on call & whatsapp text & he has blocked my number. Doesn’t reply. Earlier also I’ve filed a complaint on this forum, and the very next he called me n said ‘will deliver your order soon.’ Still hasn’t done anything about it, it has been almost 7-8 months. This guy Kushal Rita is a CROOK, THIEF, LAIR. Dont by anything from him.

I have ordered a mobile case to this man 2 months back. He always shared a fake tracking id and makes fool of people.
Aj aa jyga kal aa jyga only this he tells, never shares a correct thing. And now he is not replying to messages in whatsapp and instagram.
Only sitting and doing fraud to earn money nothing else. Please don’t order anything on Caseily accessories on instagram, you will never get that.

Complaint dated 18th October 2022, I am still waiting for the response from the seller and from your forum, Please provide the timeline for the resolution.

I ordered two phone cases and paid them as told when I asked for tracking ID they sent me fake tracking ID which I couldn’t track and for months I kept messaging where is my product they kept saying it wil come and now when it’s been month and still no sign of product I asked for refund they blocked me without answering please don’t order from them they will scam

This guy named Khushal Rita running the page- caseilyaccessories scammed me for RS 499. He promised to deliver the product in a week but haven't received the product yet. And isn't sharing the tracking id with me and giving endless excuses but not sharing the tracking id neither refunding the amount. Highly unprofessional and doesn't know how to talk to a customer once the payment has been done. I hope his page gets reported by everyone who has been scammed and it is put down on instagram and strict action to be taken against him. I have all the chat screenshots and everything if anyone wants.

This guy Kushal on Instagram known as Caseilya accessories took payment for an iPhone case order and the product is not delivered it’s been more than a week now.
Just gave me a fake tracking ID and says hoyega aj kal etc.

Seeing that a lot o[censored]s have been scammed like this we should all file multiple mental harassment and fraud case against him.

A guy like this should not be let go or else he will scam people like this.

This is to bring to your notice, (False Assurance) for the past 6 months this seller is not providing the replacement as it was promised at the time of purchase, when following up for my replacement he is accusing me of that I am harassing him as I am following up for my replacement from May 2022.

From may 2022 he is just saying that it has been shipped and will reach you within a day or so that day didn't come in the past 6-7 months, When asking for a refund of the products just playing I am requesting that the seller should refund or send the item asap. As when shipped back the defaulted product he accepted that's it’s for sure faulty and is in the term of Replacement as offered during the purchase

Again the same thing happened… He told that it will ship this week next week etc etc… First you resolve the complaint then your order you will get… Gali Gali Mai Shor hai Caseily Accesories (Khusal Rita) Chor hai…

Please beware of these kind of fraudsters✌🏻✌🏻 They will talk to you very nicely and try to loot your money..

I ordered a meephone blue colour case for iPhone 13 pro from caseily accessories and the person name is kushal. Its been past 2 months my cover hast delivered yet. and at the time of return saying that i will send the cover soon. Doesn’t answer my calls or text. Also he has blocked my number. I’ve attached the invoice below.

I booked a case for my phone and did the payment through UPI, the guy said he will send me the invoice and tracker.
After two days he sent me pdf of an invoice but no invoice. Even after I requested him multiple times he has not shared the tracker and keeps on delaying saying the product will reach tomorrow. Plus he never picks the call.
Action should be taken against such fraudulent people for scamming people in the name of e-commerce

I had ordered a case on 8-7-22. It’s been almost 2 months and I haven’t received the parcel yet . Have asked the concern person regarding the same but no response from his end . Keeps telling you should be receiving it this week

I ordered a mercedes and ferrari case from caseily and the person name is kushal. Its been past 8-9 months my cover hast delivered yet. Took money from Sonali one of my friend and at the time of return saying that i will send you soon the cover.

Hi I'm a small shop owner from shillong. So basically I got a text on WhatsApp from the guy called kushal from Mumbai. He showed me his products such as covers and straps which I got interested in to buy for my shop. Comparing about the prices from him and my suppliers from Delhi, his prices were lesser so i prefer giving it a try buying from him. So i bought covers from him oh July 21st and the again on July 28th and he didn't charge me shipping fee for the second time I paid. Because he said he'll send the product all at one time but sadly today is August 22nd and i haven't received my parcel yet. Been asking him about the parcel. He kept on giving his excuses about his birthday and him not being in town. Every week he'll say that the parcel will arrive this week and this week. His week never ends.

I ordered 3 mobile phone covers from them and it’s been a month now. They have not delivered the product and taken the money ₹900/- already. Now there is no response from them.

Stole money from me in the pretext of sending a mobile phone cover but instead stole inr 2000. chor aadmi hai chor admi. apne maa baap ko chori ka khila raha hai. chor paise wapis dede.

I made the payment for my order on the 16th March, 22 and after continuous follow up till date I still haven’t received my order. Whenever I inquired about it he gave lame excuses. Later he refused to reply and after that he blocked me on whatsapp & instagram. Cant even reach him on call also. Not at all professional. The attached file is the reply he gave me on the 1st August, 22 and after he has blacked me again.

Has taken payment for the iPhone case and it has been more than 2 months, and the product has not been delivered.

Keep saying that it will come but it has never come.

Be vigilant on buying via Instragram.

I am ready to file a police complaint. kisi aur ne file karni hai saath toh contact me otherwise main kar haha hun police complaint. tu dekh ab khushal rita. chor, tujhe police se na pakadwaya.

Ordered stuff of 2, 000 inr. Seller keeps saying that product is out for delivery but when tracked it shows no tracking details. He is a theif. Kushal rita is a theif. Dont order from here. pagal bana raha hai.

I Ordered products on 15th January for two of my best friends and still waiting for them to be delivered, it’s been more than 06 months and the person kushal rita is a fraud and do this to everyone. Plus the guy is a shameful guy saying bad things about family and harassing you mentally. He hand outs invoices like bus tickets, I am attaching the bill for your reference. He is constantly telling you he will send your product but no he vanishes and tells you lies and what not plus he sends sone CCTV cams screenshot to justify his 6 months delivery.
I paid him 7100₹ And he is being a fraud. I would like to complaint to police but I wanted to try this out first as I don’t want his parents to know about all this fraud he does online.

Order placed on Jun 2 2022 - 12:16AM via Caseily.in instagram account and Payment done immediately via Google pay. Tax Invoice for the order was shared the same day via watsapp (+91-[protected]).

Contacted on Jun 7 to see if the order was dispatched and got a reply that it was done already and would reach me on the same week. Waited till the weekend and asked for tracking details as it wasn't received. Got a reply the next day with tracking details as vpl[protected] with profession courier. However on tracking it said "We are Sorry! your consignment status request could not be processed". On check with the seller after 2 days, still kept getting response that the product should have been delivered by now.

Called their contact numbers +91-[protected] and +91-[protected] on 14th June, but no one picked the call. Then i got a response in watsapp that the order was mistakenly sent on the wrong address and they had reshipped it and i would receive it the same week. Asked him for the new tracking details and there was no response for 2 days and i get the tracking number on 17th Jun as vpl[protected]Notice that the tracking number is less than the previously shared tracking id). I still went ahead and tried to track it and got the same response ""We are Sorry! your consignment status request could not be processed".

Tried sending out an email to "[protected]@hotmail.com" which was mentioned in the invoice, assuming someone would provide a clear response and to my surprise the email bounced back saying "Address not found". I pinged in the watsapp chat mentioning that all this is creating a mental torture to me and there is no proper response with details and i would be raising a complaint. The seller kept saying we have shared details, it should be available by 20th June. He also added not to get hyped for a small order and its not common sense/foolishness to expect the seller to do the work of a courier company as well. Despite his harsh response, i responded patiently that i would wait till Monday and then contact him. Contacted him on 21st June and there was no response.
So i decided to raise a complaint and could see several similar complaints raised by others.
