I bought a new reliance netconnect on 04 NOV 2008 from TELESTRA COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS, BRANCH OFF: III-2/3, GOPINATH BAZAR, DELHI CANTT, ND-10. The offer of 2 months o[censored]nlimited internet usage for free was being offered at that moment. When I told this to the relianace communication staffs, they told me that it would be activated afterwards. After regualr visits the same office, no results have yet been received. Instead...

people dont ever make a mistake buyin this cdma data modem, its the worst thing i have ever used in my life...no speed, false promises n the most important "da way they communicate with da customers " is horriable...i was also promised for 2 months free access of the net connection but then m recieving the mail sayin that ur bill has been generated to ur mail address...i never mentioned that i'll be going with the postpaid...
