I have booked a mobile phone on cellfonic.
I paid an amount of 1046 regarding my order via paytm . After a week i get an email from cellfonic regarding my order canncelation. They ask for account details for refund. But i don't get my refund. From more then a month i am waiting for my money.
Plz process my refund and give my money back.
There number is going switch off all the time...

I am aneesh chandran from kerala. I ordered xiaomi redmi prime 3s 8500/- and paid 1500/- through paytm on 16/03/2017 @1:58pm. But i din receive mobile. So i canceled my order on 20/03/2017 and talked with customer care and sent mail too regarding my cancellation. But still i din get my money back. Cellfonic executive and customer care people is not responding our calls. They don't have manners and don't know how to deal a customer at all....
