I today visited to your office in sector 34 A Chandigarh to obtain a prepaid connection for my spose on her name with completed documents i.e. Photo Votor I.Card, PAN card, application form duly filled and with photo pasted .But the intraction with dealing person at the counter was shocking and undesirable.
