I'm facing a lot of speed and connectivity issues with spidigo.
The following are my complain numbers:

My internet was not working for 5 days and after many complains the engineers visited. The complain got aolced but soon after thati started facing another problem. I'm now not getring the required speed that i had paid for.My user id is svapnil.777...

I am got getting internet connection since[protected], Even after repeated complaint they are rectified it as per agreed specification. So , pl. arrange the refund of Rs.4499/= paid against receipt no.6550(cash), with immediate effect. Otherwise restore the connection with standard speed.
so; please make the necessary arrangement to settledown the matter immediately, so, that I can switchover to another connection.
