I have placed an order for import of facial masks which are an essential commodity during covid 19 period. The order was placed during first week of APRIL 2020 when the respirator mask was not readily available in chennai. Postal details are as under:

parcel arrived at chennai airport sorting office on 3.7.20

Dear sir/madam,
My package in transit has been retained at chennai customs for unspecified reasons. The product was purchased online at aliexpress. Value of the product is us$19.74 and was ordered for installing my car with reverse camera and monitor.
I request customs authorities to lookup the reason mentioned above and please give clearance

I received product and my track consignment is rl[protected]cn.

Its be detained as record, when the description says bluetooth speaker, if you have doubt, why can't you seal the package.

As per current gst, for bluetooth headset import charges are 18% and record devices are 28%

My product cost is 2850, so 18% gst mean 512rs, but postman charged 1500rs or approx 50%import tax.

I would like to know why is this daylight cheating... Are you not ashamed of such move.

I got parcel from aliexpress vide rf[protected]sg and lying in chennai customs since 30.11.2017, with reason: retained by customs for unspecified reason.

I humbly request to release the consignment as early as possible, otherwise confirm any procedure to be followed in releasing the parcel from retention. Your immediate attention to this concern is needed.

I've purchased Trimmer (Order ID: [protected]) through AliExpress from China and product is reached to Chennai Customs (Track No: RF[protected]SG) on 6-2-16. I've booked a iPhone from US through eBay.com on 24 aug 2013 and it reached Chennai customs on 31 aug 2013 but from 31 aug there is no change on the status of the product it is still there in Chennai customs they are not even responding to any mail or any phone calls. I have booked it for 15000 INR. Please help if you can..
