Ordered 2 grilled chicken and 2 broasted for Rs 366 .When I got the order, the quantity was so small as compare to the original product

I ordered 6 delight burgers with extra cheese and also paid for them but when we got it, it did not have any cheese on it. This has happened to me many times where they take my order and give the wrong item and charge for it. I usually get a refund but im tired of getting the wrong item.

Today I got a brosted chicken meals form Chicking outlet Lulu mall Thiruvananthapuram which is handled by Mansor foods India pvt ltd.
The food served was too late and the served food was not at all fresh or hot, the experience was awfull and the staff behaviour wasn’t also not so welcoming.
First time I waited about 7mins and asked for food and the staff told me it was getting ready and after 12min I asked once more and got the food and I received old food prepared before…

[protected] driver came for collect this order we had informed driver this will take time 15 minutes to get ready .with in 5 minutes driver start to talk rudely .in front of many customers here talking soo loudly & angry. He trying to fight with manager. Please provide training your delivery team how to deal with your business partner. Dear sir/ma'am, this is to let you know on the cheap quality and old food chicking is providing to it's customers, that too with high rates. We had food from chicking on 25-aug-2019 by 7-7.30 pm. Food we ordered was a combo of fried and grilled chicken, chicken pop corn as well as chicken sandwich; plus a blue lemon frizzer for an amount of rs. 754/-.
