I have placed Cash on delivery order with the website on January 20, 2024 for Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar. I received email confirmation for the same around 12:09PM same day with the Order confirmation number 16820. Total amount to be paid including shipping charges was Rs. 749. I received a package on Feb 10, 2024 and paid the courier person via UPI transaction for Rs 749. I checked the details of package before payment and it mentioned the package contains Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar 473ml x 2. However i am surprised to see some random milk drink powder and details of that product cant be understood as its all in Arabic. I tried to call their phone number mentioned in the website but it said its wrong number. Same with the email provided in the website as my email failed to get delivered as its wrong email address. Next day I got an idea of replying to the order confirmation email I received when I placed the order and I didnt hear from them until now. I did some research now about that website and found out that I am not the only one who got cheated. I would like you to please take some action on this. My Phone number [protected]

Jad ordered 5 bottles of coffee for 2125... received only 3... I have been trying to reach out to both the company customer care as well as the delivery services but to no avail

I ordered davidoff fine aroma instant coffee for ₹545 but I got a completely different product called ragu instant mix. I tried calling the company and mailing them, but all efforts were unresponsive and the contact details given were wrong.

Ordered Lindt Lindor Dark Chocolate Truffle but they delivered some cheap and wrong product which can't be consumable.they are a fraud company . should be punished.

I ordered 3 pkts of Arnott's Tim Tam buiscuit and paid Rs 299 + 150 shipping, (total 450 rs) and was delivered nescafe coffee sachets(10) against it.

I ordered Nescafe Taster's choice House Blend Instant Coffee 198gm - imported (Qty. 1), Cadbury crunchie 4 pack - imported (Qty. 1) and Arla Cheesey Spread 240 gm - imported (Qty. 1) through order no #11475 (Total amount Rs.1489.00). However I received a wrong order consisting of two packets of Pocky Coconut & Brown sugar and one jar of Stute Thick Cut Orange Marmalade was delivered to me.
Their email address is invalid and I am unable to contact them.

I ordered 2 jar of davidoff but git scammed and was sent Nutella instead paid 850 to them. Such ###. It's a scam company.

I ordered Kinder Bueno White Chocolate Bar Pack of 3 39g × 4 and received a Jar of Nutella. I request a refund for this order.

I have ordered Nescafe 3 in 1 Premix coffee worth 950 Rupees but received some local instant coffee worth rs.100. I sent mail and called no response.

Theni understood that they are fraud and also running multiple websites in the name of selling imported Goods.

Website name only different but all other details are same.

I placed an order from Chocotown India’s website on 17th Dec worth Rs. 2902, order no. #7784. It is for my birthday, but it’s more than 10 days now, there is no response from the company, no delivery of the products, the customer care number, email id are fake. And the tracking number which they provided is fake too.
I have never been scammed this way. Please help to get my money back. And I wonder why this website is still not removed after so many complaints.

I ordered for a nutella 700 gms and a pocky chocolate wafer but i got a nestle nilo

I have ordered 15 can of red bull red edition watermelon flavour of rs 1800 and what i recieved is 2 jar of 100gm david off coffee.. there are so many complains against this perticular website but nothing has been done by consumer forum. This website is looting customer on daily basis. What more a customer can do if consumer forum is not helping

I ordered Nutella, Hubba Bubble chewing gum and skittles worth 1120 but received two peanut butter jars worth 500. I have requested for a refund. Or will have to take legal action.

I ordered some stuff worth 1068/- via https://www.chocotown.in/ and they turned out to be fraud! They sent me mayonnaise worth 150/- with packaging date of 11/05/2022 the delivery date itself is 10/28/2022!!

Their contact and email information is also incorrect! please catch hold of these fraudsters and penalize them!

This website is a scam. They claim to sell imported snacks but never fulfill the order. It's been more than a month. They don't reply. Their listed phone number does not exist anymore. They just scammed me around 3000 rupees and disappeared.

I placed an order for imported snacks worth INR 2179 on 6th October 2022 from their website and a parcel was delivered on 13 October 2022 however the constituents were local chips and snacks not even worth INR 400-500.
The bill on the box had the same constituents however inside there was a completely different order.

It would be great if I could get a refund for this.

I had placed an order of Cheetos Cheese Cheddar Jalapeno, 226.8g Pouch and Kinder Bueno 2Bar Pack of 30 worth RS.1940 including RS. 150 COD charges. Instead, I received two packs of Cheetos popcorn Flaming Hot flavoured. Despite calling and sending several emails, I've gotten no help from them.

I ordered Red Bull from a website - https://www.chocotown.in/ on 9th September.

Value - INR 2790

It’s been 11 days and I haven’t received any update on the order. So I looked up for their customer care number - +91 [protected], and once I dialled, I got to know the number is unavailable. Then I emailed them on [protected]@chocotown.in to ask about the order, but the email bounced. Now I have no means to reach out to them, have already paid INR 2790 for the order and am now unsure about their auntheticity now. They seem like scamsters, hence filing a complaint here and hoping for a resolution.

I have ordered 3 items, however received all different products. I ordered one milka happy cows chocolate, one ferrero rocher 16 pieces and one lindor milk chocolate irresistible creamy smooth bar. Instead of these I received 4 lindt dark.

I have attached a photo of the items I have ordered which was attached on the box of the parcel, and also the items they have delivered to me.

I got scammed for 1100 INR by Choco Town as they sent one wrong item that does not cost what they charged me and none of the items showed up.

Ordered double decker chocolate and Danish cookies box. Received expired different product. Pathetic company. Phone number does not exist.

I ordered Nutella 3 *750gms in order to compensate the freight company taking but to my surprise I received 4*350gms Nutella so its fraud in my view and I dialled the number given in company website and this number doesn't exist and mailed my query to company via email address but till time I have no response from company side so please kindly solve my problem

I had placed an order with Chocotown. The invoice amounted to Rs 2910. I have a conformation from chocotown. Order placed on Aug 2nd.

Had ordered Monster pack of 14 energy drinks from choco town on 26th June by paying INR 1999+ 150 of shipping charges. Their support contact number is always switched off and they don't reply to their emails either. My customer order number is #3835.

I placed my order with their website on 26/05/2022 for Samyang noodles of ₹870 and I received the package yesterday. I am extremely disappointed as I made the payment and opened the box to find Nescafé instead of the noodles. I am unable to reach them on the contact information provided on their website as it says the number is switched off and neither their email “[protected]@chocotown.in” is valid.

I ordered 3 products from Choco Town. The order was acknowledged and was given a DTDC tracking ID. However the order is not picked up yet. The contact number provided by company is always switched off. This is a fraud company.
