My order number is 2758 with Chocotown. I placed it on 2nd may 2022 at 10 54 am. It has not been delivered, where in the delivery was promised in 3-4 working days. They delivery has not been picked up yet. They have generated a fake delivery Id and it’s not delivered obviously. The number on the website is also off and I think it’s fake. It was a prepaid order of Rs 500.

Delivered Wrong product
I had ordered crème eggs mini worth 340 INR but had received one can of soft drink Rani worth 35 INR.

Wrong item sent
Hi, i have placed an order for Bragg's Apple Cider Vineger on 29th of April'2022. I got my parcel on (03/05/2022) but the item was sent wrong, instead of Bragg's Apple Cider Vineger i recieved Kimball Thai Chilli Sauce.
Please do check and let me know what i should do next for my replacement or refund.

Order not delivered, money taken

I had placed an order on the website and paid 1648rupees in an online transaction, since COD was not available. The tracking number showed that order has been placed and then that the manifest is being made. A day after the delivery was supposed to be done, it showed canceled. But there was no information about refund. Also there is no way to contact the company.

I had placed an order for Ferrero Rondnoir from their website. they have sent me Necafe Coffee premix instead. Their phone is switched off and no replies from them on mails

Missing item from my shipment

The shipment sent was incomplete and after multiple emails to multiple email addresses they have provided on their website, there's been no reply. Its been almost a month.
