I purchased a Philips PC speaker ( Philips MMS4040F PC Speaker (Black)) on chroma retails shop in pacific mall anad vihar, It was 2999/- but after purchasing when i checked it on chroma online shop it was only 2362/- http://www.cromaretail.com/Philips-MMS4040F-PC-Speaker-%28Black%29-pc[protected]...⇄ I am feeling to be cheated by chroma. It is not fair 637 rs difference is big difference for 3000 rs speaker. I am thinking why did I go to this type of store. I swear to never purchase any product in chroma.

They provide an horrible and worst service,In my case I got an samsung refrigerator 253L on 29th May and it has been delivered to me on June 1st. From the day 1 it wasn't working and it has been informed to the tata croma service center they told within 48 hrs technician will come and fix it. But till now no one has turned up yet. New refrigerator and even the sticker also not removed.It was an faulty one and no one has came to fix it are at-least address it.

Out of my experience No one of the dealers will be worst than croma.Daily i will get an answer technician on the field and today he will fix it and bored up with their stories and lies.

Please can any one guide me to file a case in consumer court. Please give some guidelines and procedure for it.

I bought apair of headset for a friend from chroma which I returned the very next day. They did not refund me but gave me a gift voucher. They said u can use it whenever but v cant give your money because of system isssues. I did not useitfor a year and realizedit has a expiry date. Next day after the expiry date I went to chroma. To getthetime extented as it is my money and I should have got it in First place had they did not have system issues. I feel cheated as I have not bought any thing and they have kept my money again saying its system issue and v cant extend the voucher.

Its a big company and I do not think I can do anything. Feel helpless.

I have purchased a LG Front Load washing machine from Chroma - Jayanagar - Bangalore (Ph [protected]) on 12th Feb 2011. I have paid the whole amount. I was promised that the delivery will be done by 19th Feb. When checked on 19th, they told that they do not have stock and the delivery will be done by next saturday i.e. 26 Feb 2011. I have called them now and asked for the delivery; however, they are giving vague answers and are not responding properly.
