We booked a ticket in cinemarc thru paytm for sofa recliner but it was already allotted to some orher group
No one from the staff cooperated or assisted
Requesting a full refund as we had no seat to watch the movie

I bought tickets of movie in theater cinemarc on 15th august have little girl of 2.5 year and i have to bought parle_g buiscuit packet with me... But authority dint permit me and make a issue of that they told me that i can give you refund but you are not allowing inside and when i told them even court allowed food so he asking for order of court like people carry with them when they are going to watch movie. Even that man push my father to make a topic that this senior citizen give me push.. I have video of it... After 15 minutes argument one person come and told me to go inside theater but.. Question is how could they insult... And cheat there consumer... Food like buiscuit they are not allowing and height was he was asking me that go carry one buiscuit she will not going to eat whole packet... Do needed for this kind of loote and behavior
