While buying 3 tickets for the 12:30pm show for Jersey movie yesterday on 23 April 2022, I was told that my debit card was declined and was asked to pay from another. Which is when I was charged twice for an amount of 810/- rs from both my debit cards. This is highly unprofessional and erroneous service on your part and I want the credit amount of 810/- back in my account.

I want to cancel tickets booked for today night at 11p. M. Booking id ww5mk23, imax m11 m12 star wars. Cinepolies viviana mall thane west. Please do the needful and respond. I want the tickets to be cancelled and the amount refunded to the account through which the tickets where booked. It was booked online for star wars for today. Actually i want it for tomorrow night.
