Sanjay singh, currently posted in rajasthan called me to rent my flat in kolkata as he said he will be posted in kolkata airport on the 1st of march. He was willing to pay the booking advance of 12000, but while paying by qr code 36000 has been moved to his account named panna lal. And now he is not picking up the call nor returning the money, which we consider fraud done by him.

My name is yatheesh bs and im from kochi, kerala one person is cheated me as he posted one advertisement of old camera nikon d5600 and i just call him and he send his full details and aadhar card and one cisf id card and hr said that he will courier the camera... And fist i said no... Then i gave him 1000 rs for courier the camera... Then he called again and said the courier boys gps is not working pls send 5000 to retrive its connection first i refused... He call me again and again and i refuse it. After one day he called me from cisf parcel service number and i gave him 5000. And i said plz handover the camera back. Then courier boy called and said that plz give half payment to get ur order. Then i gave him total 10000. Then he tell that give him 5000 more to bring that courier for then i gave him 5000. Again he call me and ask for full cash and that time i realise he was a fraud. His name was one babloo kumar and one vikas. And he called from these numbers [protected], [protected],

I have submitted an application to ccr refund er kolkata on 26.12.19, but still get no refund. I am serving in central force of govt of india and gone to a remote location in jharkhand on emergency basis so i am unable to surrender the ticket on time. So kindly refund the amount of rs 1720 to me for which i shall be obliged to you

I lost my light green color dumble bag outside boarding gate no. 23 at kolkata airport yesterday on 3rd december, 2019.
Me and my family was flying from kolkatta to delhi from 12 pm flight no. 6e 6488 and we forgot a dumble bag described above right outside the boarding gate, next to the waiting chairs. It consisted of 3-4 pair of shoes and some clothes.
I have been constantly following up with the lost and found department but they’ve told me even after a day it’s not deposited with them by the cisf team.
I have tried to look up contact no. For cisf but to no use.
I am requesting for concerned authority to contact and help me resolve this issue on receiving this complaint.

Sir, I wanted to buy a car, so came across this car in Olx. Contacted the seller named Sanju Kumar Jain, said he is an army (CISF) and send me photos. Told me to deposit 4000/- as processing fee and for dispatching. Later said GTP of 3150/- needed to pay. At first I transferred 4000/- to Harkesh Kumar Lamba Paytm account, ifsc PYTM0123456. Before delivery they charged me that led me to suspicious. Please help me refund the amount. Thank you.

We lost a hand bag at ola pick up area p7, chattrapati shivaji international airport on 05-07-19 at 7:12 am. We came from muscat on indigo airlines flight no. 6e 82 (A 320). Hand bag contained civil id, driving license, medical card, college id card and gold worth rs.1 lac. Incident took place on p7 near c38 pillar. We went to sahar police station to lodge a complaint and requested to grant permission to see the cctv footage which was done. But unfortunately cctv did not cover the footage of c38 pillar where my wife was standing with trolley and also 2 men were standing near the trolley asking us to go ahead and check the availability of taxis. Myself and my wife went 50 meters away from the place where we had parked the trolley and when we came back we noticed the hand bag was missing and the two men who were standing there were missing. Now it is not only the gold we have lost but very important is the civil id, license, driving license and medical card without which i cannot move around in muscat

I was flying from patna to chennai via kolkata on 24-04-19. At domestic terminal kolkata airport, mr kishan singh, a constable who was frisking misbehaved me. He told me to remove my shoes. When i asked reason as other person was not told to do so. He replied very rudely, scolded me and told me to just follow his order if i want to fly. I work with an airline. Today when i took a form to frisking area without frisking, one of the cisf named mr amit kumar who was based at frisking between a and b portal at kolkata airport musbehaved with self. What he quoted about frisking of form is absolutely ok. But does the cisf has any right to say a lady airline staff "bakwas mat kar". And when the same complained to the inspector on shift.. He also supported the same....

Mai olx par mob search kar raha tha, meri bat sreekant ji sa hui jo ki cisf rajasthan mai posting hai mari aur unki deal 12000 mai fix hui, maina 50% payment bhi transfer kar diya phir unsa mara mob courier laga diya, phir usna huma phone kiya aur kaha ki friend ka assistant ho gaya hai paisa transfer kar do maina 6000 phir send kar diya bad mai courier wala ka phone aata hai aur bolta hai ki mobile ka insurance hua hai aapko 50% amount dana hoga jo ki refund ho jayaga maina wo bhi 7000 rup transfer kar diya phir bad mai bolta hai ki 50% aur transfer karna padaga jo ki maina dana sa mana kar diya, so maina total 12000 sreekant ji ko aur 7000 rup courier wala ko diya but mujha na hi mob mila aur na hi payment refund hua mai jab bhi bat karta hu to bolta hai 40 days bad refund hoga plz help me otherwise i will take big action on mr. Today while doing security check in mumbai airport, security personal "alok sharma" blamed that i have released air from my mouth on his face and misbehaved with him. I haven't done any such thing with him. He forcebaly made me to say sorry to him. When i have contacted his senior to lodge a complaint in complaint book, he denied it. Infact i have requested for cctv footage too...

I was flying from kolkata to hyderabad i had some food items in my cabin baggage i said that to the personnel and he is its ok but the exact sentence what he said is " tu khana udhar hi rakh alag se checking karneka jarurat nehi hai" am 28 years old he is saying tu if i wanted i could have said some # things to him which obviously with his level of knowledge couldnt figure it. Atleast teach your men how to talk does not matter in hindi or english but dont treat us like # cause we can give back the same to you wardhi toh sakal dikha ke nehi mila na toh jo sikhaya giya hai usko bhulo mat aur india ek diverse desh hai so hindi speaking region ko chod ke baki region o ka insaan ko kutte billi jaise treat nehi karna. They are as much indian as you are dont try to take advantage of that wardi.

This is to complain against constable chanda kumari who was stationed at gate no 1, haus khas metro station at 1pm on 13th feb 2019.
I have short hair and was in sports attire when i went to the women's checking line. One i reached the constable she asked me if i was a boy or a girl to which i said 'girl'. She then proceeded to make a face at me, in judgement of my appearance. When she did this, i said 'i am not a fool to come through...

I am now at ahmedabad domestic airport. There is a long queue at security check. The reason for this is that many passengers have to take out their laptops & tablets.
I do not keep any of these in my laptop bag. Inspite of this i had to stand in a long queue. I am 65 years old. I complained to cisf officer with 3 stars that you allow such passengers to have a separate queue. He answered me that passengers object to this. I told him that it is your duty to facilitate such passengers & senior citizens.
He said that he can not manage crowd & is helpless.
I request you to provide this very important facility to those passengers who do not carry laptop & tablets and also to senior citizens.

Today i was at peeragagrhi metro station to board a train for bahadurgarh during scanning of my material i was informed that a toy gun which i was carrying for my daughters republic day function tomorrow in her school along with the army uniform is not allowed. Yester night at hyderabad deccan station in the train dakshin express, the cisf javan was beaten to general passengers and throws out from general coach. Many general passengers are asked to let them come in but csif javan was not allowed to sit in general coach of dakshin express. All the general public has get in reservation coach but the rpf was thrown them out too. Because of cisf force javan all the general and poor people was unable...

I, Sabu Thankappan, a passenger travelled from Kochi to Hubli by using "Indigo" airways on 05/12/18, ( yesterday) with PNR No. PFG1QZ-6E7995, and also working as Loco Pilot Passenger in Hubli division of S.W Railway .

After security check up between timing about 13:55 - 14:15 hrs, it was found that a Rs 2000/ note - which was along with the other note was STOLEN from my pocket wallet .

When I was purchased a tea from inside shop only it was noticed, accordingly I was approached onduty CI of CISF sri. M.Suresh, but he was not supported me and advice me to lodge a complaint in out side police station.
But, since my flight departure was 14: 55 hrs, I was not in a position to do that .
At this juncture, I requeast the concerned authority to conduct a detailed enquiry duly check up the CCTV footage and take necessary action towards the concerned.

Sir iam a contract worker at cochin shipyard in a private company today i came at 9.50am, the usual timing was 8.30am i showed my entry pass and told the reason for late coming he suddenly replied me that i cant enter today and also told me to go home. I thought this rule was to every other men working there but he was allowing all other people inside having the same entry pass i dont think this is ethical please atleast inform him

I wish to report to you a incident, which happened with me on september 19 at 11pm at terminal 1 of mumbai domestic airport. I was scheduled to board a flight of indigo airline bearing number 6e-386 and at the check in counter the cisf personal first a women and then man were very impolite and specially non professional and rude in their behavior and i wish to be elaborate to you describing you the course of events which took place in a matter of couple of minutes with little less then 50 mins to check in i had arrived (Check in counters close 45mins before departure) i had shown my ticket and passport to the women and after she passed me clear i took a few steps further to cross the door she told me in hindi 'itni jaldbazi kya hai ' (Why are u rushing like this) in a rather rude way and i told her
That with little less then 10 mins before check in counter gets closed i have to walk fast and to this one of the cisf guard started shouting at me and almost screaming at me and saying things. I wish to ask you sir that myself a traveler who was bound to travel and see his family after almost 1 years in indonesia and carrying 40 kg weight with me at the same time should argue with this non professional cisf guard? Who don't even have the decency and manners how to speak.in my life i am always courteous and i always mind my manners regardless of the person and his stature, as i feel we should treat everyone with respect and politeness and this is how kindness and respect is developed in our society but such guards who have bad behavior and are stationed at a very important public transport felicity really let my spirits down and i am very disturbed to find such people who instead of allowing a safe passage after clearing the documents want to create an untoward incident and disturb the mind set of a traveler thereby putting his travel at risk sir i feel he did it purposely with malicious intention so i would confront him and miss my flight.
I am writing you this mail because i have faith in our system and most important our culture which is based in politeness and humbleness rather then rude and bad behavior
I hope you will do the needful in this case and provide me justice for the mental torment i have gone through because of the cisf gaurd i apologize to you that i could

Also when i tried follow up : the indigo official told they are cisf and they can do anything? So do we live in a democratic republic country? Imagine each one o[censored]s saying that with no regards for the law of the land?

At vishwavidyalaya metro station, two female personnel at the frisking booth took charge of moral policing and harassed me in public.in the later stages of the argument carried by the two women. One of the two threatened me saying "tera bag milne de, tujhe to mai batati hu" meaning let me show you what i can do once your bag is found. My question is, what was she suggesting? Who gave her the right to humiliate, threaten and disrespect me...

This incident happened continuously from 8th aug to 11 th aug 2k18. The cisf staff fraud me. His name is "shrikant" from rajasthan. He posted a add on olx to sell vivo v9 imei [protected], [protected].
He sent me his id proof so i tust him, and fixed our deal. I sent him 20000 via airtel money and paytm. I have his id proof and transaction detail. Now all i want is refund my money not that phone....

I was travelling from guwahati to kolkata on 11th aug 2018 by indigo. During sccurity check cisf officer open my bag and separated all belongings but did not return three items. May be he forgot to return after checking or intensionally did not return.
The items were in wrapped condition into a blue bag.
The three show piece are make of stone and metal. So request to return the items as the items not harmful....

I am using artificial limbs.. As per court direction cost staff supposed to check physically and thru etd. But chennai airport mr. Joshi, mr. Sagar mr. Rama team didn't allow me show court order and they dismissed order proof show their book and forced me remove limb without doing etd..

Its very much pain full insulate in front of co passengers.
