Dear Concern,
Person by name of Devraj called me today as Court PC, asked me to come to Police station to take my warrant, finding it fishy I replied that I wont be able to come now and will come tomorrow. Following the discussion he became abusive and called me that I am not born to my Father, also called my mother in abusive name. I have his Number I intend to file police complaint.
Four months back I was called by some suriya who was very abusive.
I have phone numbers of both falsely calling Court PC recovery agents .

My father getting call from a lady who tell me she is an advocate from Bombay. Her name is Kiran Das.
She is telling that your loan amount is due of Rs- 30000. Within 2 hour he has to go nearest kotak mahindra bank and pay the whole amount immediately. If my father will not pay within 2 hour then he will be arrested. Aslo she telling me the whole family will be arrested. And also got the message from kotak mahindra to pay the amount by using the link provided. Even my father asking where I send this money that lady tell My father that you go to nearest kotak mahindra bank and call her and she provide a link from send money. Please guide us what to do. Is this real or scam call?? Please help me.

Today I got a call from Delhi {police officer}. A lady calling herself Geeta Devi told me that you have complaint file against your father about lone and money fraud. And gave me a number of an advocate named Pradeep Ahuja and told me to talk with him for more details. I talked with him and he told me that I have a loan due of 53620/- and told me to pay it to your nearest kotak mahindra bank. But my father told me that he had payed every single rupee of that finance. Than I suddenly realised that he would be a fraud. And after some research and quairies finally I confirmed that he was a fraud. So please be aware about these people they can also do fraud with you. Thank You

I thought I was alone, after looking all these complaints I am really worried about the people really suffering a lot due to this mental stress. My mother is a government employee, she took a loan in Citi financial consumer india Ltd in 2007 and in 2009 the bank was closed and lifted from my town. she don’t know where to pay the remaining EMI’S, after 13 long years an advocate named prabhakaran from Chennai called my mothers higher officer...

I got a call from mr. Ravi from kotak saying some old loan on behalf of my mother in law is pending and i have to pay it.
He is not willing to share loan account number or statement and was using very rude language.

I want to know first how he got my number??
Next why can't he send statement in earlier years since he is talking about 2007 year loan.

I am getting calls from Kotak recovery agent from the number [protected]. And he is rude on call. He is asking to pay loan amount which was in CITI FINANCE now its Kotak Bank. He provided me the Loan account no : 11895131. I called kotak back customer care and they were not able to find this loan number. He said "citi finance has been closed and not Kotak bank has been took over Citi Finance, so he is calling to recover"....
