The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

SINCE IAM A WORKING EMPLOYEE IN A PRIVATE ORGANISATION, I HAD PURCHASED A MOTOR BIKE UNDER HRE PURCHASE SCHEME FROM CITI FINANCIAL COMPANY.I HAD ALWAYS BEEN A PROMPT PAY MASTER, WHENEVER THEIR CHEQUE WAS PRESENTED IN MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT , IT ALWAYS GOT CLEARED. BUT, SINCE, DUE TO IN THE CREDIT OF MY SALARY, AT TIMES, THE CHEQUES, GOT BOUNCED AND IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT OF THE SALARY, I HAD SETTLED THEIR DUES WITHIN THE NEXT 3/4 DAYS TIME....

Representative from Citi Financial Services called me and assured me personal loan. Later they denied me loan on the basis of CIBIL mismatch of my data. I had a housing loan which I have preclosed way back in 2006, since then I have not approached any banker for any finacial assistance, my track record was excellent.
