I made the payment on zara, still the site kept displaying that my payment is still pending though money did get debited from my account. And then my order got cancelled.. please refund my amount...

I made a payment to Ghmc regards to my property tax via Ghmc app. The app used Citrus gateway n payment went through sucsessfully frim paytm upi but didnt reach Ghmc n i didnot recieve any recipt too.
