Complaint against irresponsibility of staff and rude behaving to the consumers, i am filing this complaint from t. D. Kathirvel 13/w/0174038, shop no-ad001, maniyakarampalayam, ganapathy coimbatore-641006. This is regarding the irresponsibility of staff are working in the ration shop and rude behaving to the consumers. And also they are not providing the things properly. So kindly request you to take action.

Abnormal delay for issue of new Ration Card

Sir,
I applied for new ration card on 15.09.2011 and my application No.was 2843/2011. A Revenue Inspector was came and inspected my house (Rental House) at Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District.in spite of repeated enquiries i was told me to wait for another one month since the card is getting ready. I have been waiting for the past 3(Three) years but there was no progress in issue of new Ration card and also i am a government employee submitted...

DELAY IN ISSUE OF RATION CARD
I applied for a new ration card on Oct-2006, in SAIDAPET ZONAL OFFICE (Ref. No. 4946 / 127857)along with the xerox copies both my parents' and in-laws' ration cards. I am yet to receive though I didn't ask for anything supplied by the Dept at subsidised rate. I asked for the reason for the delay under RTI on 26-5-08 only to get a reply that THE CARD IS IN PRINTING SECN on 29-07-08. I don't know how long it will take for...

I applied for a new ration card on septemeber 2006 in coimbatore taluk office i was provided a token till date i was yet to received the card in spite of repeated enquiries i was told it was printed in ELCOT chennai willbe issued soon.The authorities may provide NOC till the new card issued to the public....
