Today (19. Aug.2022) I bought a coke cola can MRP of 25rs and he took 30rs I asked why he said "Cooling Charges" I replied "Cooling Charges" tho nahi lagte" and the reply i got was shocking he Replied "Peheli Baar Cold Drink Lere ho kya?"...

This complaints is regarding over charging on Fanta bottle of 250 ml. Actual MRP - Rs. 13/- I was charged Rs. 20/-
Rs. 7 Extra.

Yesterday i buy half liter bottle of Thums up coldrink.Shopkepper sale me that bottle Rs26 and print rate is 24 Rs.I asked him u sale this bottle above from print rate he was saying lene ho to lo yaha yehi rahe hai then i was saying i will complaint against you in consumer forum then he was saying jisko bolna hai boldo koi kutch nahi kar sakta hum to isi rate pe bechte hai.
This is my Humble request to you...

In Mumbra city (Dist.Thane) all the dealers of cold drinks of all brands charge Rs.2-3 extra then MRP as referegeration(cooling) charges and sell the cold drinks without bill.When we ask for bill they say, that the charges will be higher for cold bottle and very rudely say that"lena hai to lijiye varna doosri dukaan dekhiye".

Charging More than the MRP for cold drink products

To whom so ever it may concern,
I am from pune, recently i have been to new sangvi, Sai chowk,
in one of the sweets shop i bought a cold drink the MRP was 28, however the shop owner has charged extra 2 ruppees as a cooling charges..
if the calculation is like that then why don't the companies mention such charges on the bottle.
Kindly look into this matter.Looking forward to your response....
