I wanted to book a package for shimla and manali from mumbai hence i had filled the request form, i recived a call from some stupid lady from mobile no [protected] telling that she is calling me from tour office i informed her that i want package from mumbai and not from delhi and then she messaged me that i[censored] don't have money don't put query on our website, kabhi flight mein baitha hai kya, is this the way to speak with customers...

During our singapore bali trip with colourful vacation in 2016 may 21 to 28th they have collected rs.1350/ for providing lunch at universal studio. They have not provided and no refund was done even after repeated requests. Communication with colour vacation is given below. Please help me in this regard.

Colourful Vacations sent us a quote for Malaysia (3 Nights Langkawi + 1Night Genting + 2 nights Kuala Lumpur ) ..They quoted a set of flights and after making 100%payment 6 months in advance... They booked a wrong flight ..vouchers were sent dismally 2-3 days before departure... and repeated calls and mails have no effect on them...they booked a connecting flight from Subang Airport instead of Kuala Lumpur ...And the we had to foot 100...
