I had taken a commercial vehicle loan on the above mentioned date by the contract no mentioned above .
In this regard I informed that i have cleared the entire loan amount and have received the NOC dt 29.10.2010 ( vehicle no UP25T 7954).
The delayed installments were delayed because the said vehicle had met with an accident and the insurance claim amount was to be adjusted...

Harresment for the issuance of settlement letter
This is regarding the issue of settlement letter for a CV loan foreclosed. As the vehicle was set on fire during a mob in a engeneering college it had dues on its loan a/c in HDFC bank ltd even after depositing the whole amount the bank have'nt issued the settlement letter stating the receiving of payments resulting the suspension of claim by the insurance company due to the delays made by the bank and it has been a very clever and planned...
