I was scrolling Instagram and saw ad for this product and ordered it on 22nd May.
It shows offer of 1+1 at 999 but when it arrived my mother received by paying 999rs and when i came and see it was only 1 piece that was too bad in quality and not at all as mentioned on website.

When i email back on the website for return and complaint it shows domain not exist and webpage not exist.
Order was delivered by shiprocket thorugh blue dart.

This is a product sent to me while I was browsing over Instagram. And order placed notification came to me from Shiprocket . It seems they are involved too in this cyber Fraud. Also a fake Bluedart person comes with option of Gpay and in my absence my family person paid and took delivery.

There is no way I can return the fake product nor get refund. They try to further scam you asking to down load a app and if you do so, all money in your bank gets swindeled.

Government must catch such agencies and companies and do public prosecution of the responsible people.

There was wrong and misleading advertisement for buying relaxing vest on offer of 1+1 @ 999 . However on cod received only 1 pc that to of wrong size .

there is not contact details of this company on parcel . need strict action on such fraud company and people

Two watches I have purchased are not performing and not working. I selected this product from the Side Advertisement seen on the yahoo mail. I clicked on the advertisement of Complacenciaa which offered MaxFirPro smart watches @ Rs. 2999/- for one Smart watch and Rs.4299/- for two watches. They also offered 14 days period to return the watches if not found satisfactory. So I given order through the window shown in the advertisement . A lot of emails received regarding order confirmation and shipping of the watches. Today 15 th May 2023 I took delivery of this product from Blue Dart. The order Number printed on the package is #HM3607 And AWB No [protected]..When I tried to complaint through www.maxulife.in/smart the site was not in existence. It was a fake email ID. Product shipped by Super Deals, Building No 67, Lane Number3 Shastri Park, Chandar Nagar, Delhi - 110051, GSTIN 07BGKPG0937P2ZY. I want Refund of Rs.4, 299/-. All the email IDs seen on the packet were also fake.
Shiprocket had procured order, shipped out for delivery and delivery monitered. Copy of Shiprocket email received today is also attached.

Not satisfied with the product
I have bought a neck breeze cooler and its not at all aligning with the description. Its not worth the money 3599/- I want a full refund for this product. I don’t know why they send me green Color when I ordered white.

We purchase neckbreez on cash on delivery we paid the b amount Rs2500/- to the delivery boy.
The product is not on the mark of price we paid, as well as the air is also very low.

On 15th April, I purchased the mosquito killing lamp ( cash on delivery). The product was not working, I called their customer care to return. They required my credit card details along with cvv. I refused their request to give cvv, as a result they disconnected the call. Now I request your help to get back my money.

Jab ghar pe courier aya humne immidiaate payment kar diua.। Uske baad jab packet khola to usme kuch nhi tha. 3D mirrors mangwaye the aur wo bhi 4. 500rs cod tha. But husband ko knowledge main nhi tha. He received this courier as he think maine kuch mangwaya hoga.। But when I come back I saw ki usme kuch nhi hai. Aur ab bluedart wale bhi help nhi kar rhe. Paise to humne dediye but now no idea whr to go for complain. Ek number hai wo bhi bola pahle ki compilnt leli.। Maine turnt pucha ki u didt know ki complain kya hai to kya li. U didn't ask my order number or any information. So immidate he start abuse like fraud. No-- [protected]

Comapny ne fraud kiya. Box main kuch nhi ek acralic page hai wo bhi fata hua. Aur order ke time pe size was large and 3pc was there. But I didn't receive anything. Now return policy ke naam pe koi bhi link open nhi ho rhi. Full fraud. It's a scam. But bluedart can help me.
As I complaint to blue dart ki courier is empty. Now thwy can provide me details of that fraud company

I was placed order seen that offer buy 1 and get 2 extra total 3 price 699 cod

when couriers was delivered and person was running away quickly and not pick call

when i open parcel it seen that only 1 mirror over ther which cheapest quality and maxx 9inch oval style and add showing that atleast 15inch so i placed

email id and contact information was fake.

I had seen an advertisement of 3dmirror on Instagram. In the advertisement they offer 3 mirrors in just 699. As per visual the mirror size was big but they send a unworthy small plastic sheet. I have send multiple refund and return mail but the num and email id is fake.
I think this is the way of digital fraud.
I am going to police station for giving written complaint about this.

I have ordered a wireless vegetable electric chopper ( buy one get one free: for Rs. 1199 you get 2 Tornado TM chopper ). after seeing an ad which says buy one get one free. But upon delivery I received only one and that too the label says its a electric garlic machine.
