Id like to file a complaint of negligence against your technicians i filed a compliant ticket on 28th september cuz my red light on router has been flaring since then today inspite of calling support for multiple times they are taking no action to resolve my issue and are actively cutting my calls

This is in regards to my broadband connection with comway internet service provider.
Its been 3 days i am facing problem with my internet (Internet not working) and issue has not been resolve yet.
Made serveral complaint against them but there is no resolution till date. And facing the worst customer service ever they disconnected the on client's face.
Would request you to please help in this matter.

they are charging the money but not giving the complete services from past last one year
From past last one yrs I was paying for 3 months approx 1800 inr for the speed of 50 Mbps but never received that speed .. every month 8-9 times I have called them for slow speed and browsing ...however the reason I am complaining because everyone know the situation which is going ...covid-19 ... So we are working from home ... N I work for international call center ... So I need good internet so I update my plan from 50 Mbps tp 100 Mbps ... However never received the same speed claiming by Comway company ...I raised the complaint so many time ... But still never received the speed of 50 Mbps ...the speed what they are giving is 10 - 30 max Mbps ... Due to which the call which I received for my work ...is getting hamper ...and my company is deducting salary for that ...I asked internet service provider ...so many time to fulfill my demands as I am paying handsome money for every month ... But still never received the speed ... And sometimes. .. connection lost even after raising complaint ...they resolve my complaint in 8-10 hrs...so many time they visit my house checked everything ... But still not able to provide the speed for which I am paying to them. . and today ...my boss has scolded me that every time I am the person who phase net issue ...due to which not able to give my 9 hrs shift ... Pls
