I have been using comway for over a year now but there have been plenty problems recently. The wifi stops working every two or three days and it gives no connection error. Contacting their customer support they fix it but it takes 4 hours to fix and it keeps happening again and again. It has been happening for over a month now and I am sick and tired of this. Their customer support person just apologises but never mentions what went wrong....

Regard the refund of Rs. 1000/-

I took a connection from comway broadband (saching gaur, the comway employee) a year ago and at the time of installation they offered a device which provide a fiber connection on refundable amount of rs. 1000/-.
Now I have a raise my disconnection request to company. but sometimes they are saying refundable amount provide a third party because device belongs to the third party. Sometimes they are saying like we can only refund of Rs. 500/-. Now I am totally harassed by these scammers.
It is requested to you kindly look into this matter and help to refund my of Rs. 1000/-.
