sir i had bought a coolpad mobile from reliance (s.b.colony branch) on 16.04.10 as a gift for my wife i had a continuous problem complain saying that the signal is two week and gave the phone to the reliance off at saibaba colony office on 14.03.11 . for that they said that they had send it to the service center and yes there was a problem soooo, so they changed the hand set in 2 weeks ,as they said, the second hand set had the same broblem...

Hi i ve bought Cool pad S 100 from Reliance store Oshiwara Andheri west mumbai in march 2010 , they said it has a phone contact capacity of 1000 contacts , its there in their brochures too , but actually it has a capacity of 500 contacts only .
i tried to contact them but the store ppl says that the cool pad executive is not coming , we ll convey ur complain n so on ..
its kind of cheating they are doing so lets see if something...

Not getting connected with PC

Dear Sir I bought Coolpad CDMA handset S100 from The Forum, RCom shop in the shopping Mall of The Forum, in Bangalore on 04.06.2010 now our problem is it is not getting connected with PC and not getting synchronised for either updating data or contacts, kindly either replace the handset or give us a solution like if driver available for Coolpad Suite....
