Ice cream fridge not working properly

Cream bell Ice cream vendors with rickshaw infront of Citymall, IPIA, Kota - 324005, Rajasthan are selling cream above MRP The MRP on the products are being rubbed and consumers are being forced to pay above the MRP. In case the consumer denies to pay above MRP, they refuse to sell the product. If being asked for why is MRP rubbed, they make excuses.
I have attached sellers photo, kindly look into it

Drank a sip and the taste and smell was awful, for confirmation i asked my mother also to taste but she told the smell was bad even before tasting. The shopkeeper refused to collect the product because the product's expiry was till march so i have come back with the product. I need my ₹20 rupees compensation for this product and make sure the batch arrived with this product is safe to drink or not. I think the problem was from the fermentation process. If you want to confirm whether i am lying or telling the truth please send someone from your expertise to check the product physically.
Pls respond and take action soon.

I shyam singh yadav have shop at address Shyam Dairy, Shop no 4, MHADA Colony, Mulund East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400081. cream bell ice cream sales man and area manager does not provide me cream bell ice cream products as it seems like they don't want any business from me i don't know why they are ignoring me. instead they provide cream bell ice cream products next to my shop which is a havmor ice cream agency.
i just want them to take my orders or give me any genuine reason from the company that why company dont want any business from my shop or why cream bell is not providing me their products to see on my shop.

Cream bell ice cream ka ek double Mango flavour aata h to mene use shop se liya but usme mango ki filling porperly nhi thi

Cream bell vendors in ludhiana are selong ice creams at higher rates by erasing the mrp on their products and charging 10 to 20 rs more for almost every product. No response when i call creambell customer care. Attaching a camera sample on which mrp has been erased. But a rs 10 is still visible but i was charged 20 for it. Upon asking they say that it's not coming printed from the company.

My self varun i'm one of their customer past 1 year l have started business in 2017 at ahmedabad and took one of their deep freezer on rent. Recently closed my restaurant. Then i called their care so many times to return their deep freezer but no one given response in that time also i called their care head (Mr jenish) but no response and after 2 months i called their executive mr adtiya gole then they took deep freezer return and that time they given promise of we are giving your deposited amount in 45 days but till now i dint get the cheque it's almost all 4 months over still they are not giving proper response to my call. Worst service. Worst company. Worst employees.
Never ever take their product.

I bought a deep freezer and some ice creams for my shop from your local franchisee. He made a deal to provide me free ice creams alongwith the delivery of deep freezer in my first delivery. Now he is backtracking on his words. Charging approximately 5000/- more than the original cost of deep freezer to give free ice creams. On other words he is adjusting the cost of ice cream in the cost of deep freezer.
Kindly help.

I bought two ice cream combo pack from a store near me. One was american bites which was delicious and other was kaju kismish but to my surprise it was a plain flavour. Couldnt figure out which flavour it was. There was no single kaju nor kismish in it... I had to put my own raisins to enjoy it. I'm attaching the photos... I can understand if there r very few ingredients but when it's plain flavour and you pay for kaju kishmis...

On 20th march u have adv in newspaper declaring summer special offer.when i visited 2 of yr companys they had no stock.one rock roll behaved so rudely like we were beggars !! second amar milk people says company have withdrawn the scheme.ask them.when i contacted[protected] i was assured "u will get it by evening" later on during the evening hours both of the nearest dealers had the same reply.I still have a coupon with me wherein u have clearly announce 50%discount.My Point is 1.Treat yr customer as customers, not Bhikaris. 2.Whenever u declare any discount keep sufficient supply.3.Customers time is valuable, u cannot make them run from one shop to another 4.Do not take consumers granted, we have more then a dozen shops in our Shyamal-Satellite area.

With Regard to Complaints Forwarded by us for Damage of Deep Fridger Since February 2015.We Made Complaints To the Following Authorized Persons during the time. 1.Er. Parshant 2.Sales Manager Mr. Khanna 3.And supported Staff They made repair In March, But Issue Remain Unsolved. We Make Continuous efforts to remind them to take the matter serious.Finally They replaced The Fridge with old Repaired fridges, Which also Stopped working In...

The distributor sells disputed product and when i rang up the customer care number, the person says wrong number. I mean, what the hell ? Are we being fooled by this company !!! Wrong product and then a wrong customer care number. I am lodging complaint to consumer forum today itself on this company and ill make sure i sew them for this unethical way of doing the business.

I purchased 4 Ice Cream Sandwiches from sector-62, C block Noida at the M.R.P printed on11/9/2015 and also from Sector 34 Noida at M.R.P printed on11/9/2015. But when I went to F Block Sector 50 the cream bell vendor was charging more than M.R.P for every article, and when told about other vendors, selling at the correct price he just REFUSED to give the ice cream.This incident happened on 11/9/2015. I just want the Co. to take strict action against this seller or else the image of the co. would get affected.

This is regarding a serious matter which needs attention.I am a regular customer of cream bell icecreams, my family usually eats american bites brick icecream.On 26th June, 2014 i had brought a brick of Cream Bell american bites icecream weighing 309 gm/650 ml having batch no. (M) 21 manufactured in June 2014 which consisted of a hard inappropriate thing folded many times and its texture is like a hardboard paper which was in the brick and caught my attention in midst of consumption. We always prefer Cream Bell as our first choice in case of icecreams but this was something that caught my attention and forced me to make a complaint.It can be termed as a packing default. I have preseved the pack in which the thing has been traced.The pack was brought from a cream bell vendor in civil lines, kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.The matter needs immediate actions to be taken so that we customers can continue keeping our loyalty towards the brand. I bought one fantasia creambell pineapple tropical icecream bucket for 165 rs having batch no 8 may 13 / 260A on 19 june. Company claims that above icecream contains pineapple pulp but i donnt found any pulp in the icecream. I dialled customer care number mentioned on icecream pack i.e. [protected] but nobody answered the call. All my money gone waste . If i have to eat simple icecream than i should go for 70 or 80 rs pack. The company is making a wrong claim of pulp. Please kindly take action and solve my problem. I will never go for creambell icecream in future
