As per our today discussion with Sbi Bank regarding my credit card payment deducted from my account . My Payment is deducted through CRED IN for rupees of 1800 rupees ..

The entry in my statement of Credit card named of Dreamplug technologies Bangalore IN of 1800...

My credit card got debited with rs :3315 with the name of cred . Without my consent .

Please help to get my money back....

Hello, in the month on dec 23, i have been charged for rs:3315 .
And this is with the name of cred .

I want my money return, they have charged me without my consent ....

Dreamplug technologies pvt ltd. has deducted amount of 4321.12 from my Credit Card on 29th November 2023 without my authorization. The amount has to be refunded to me immediately. Else serious action will be taken .

On July 19th, 17th 16th there are transaction which were not authorized by me and without my knowledge rs 4434 has been deducted from my hsbc credit card.

My money was debited in my fathers credit card account

I have a fraudulent transaction in my Axis bank Neo Credit card on the name of Dreamplug technologies Bangalore of Rs 20, 360 /- date 04/02/2023. I inform to Axis bank and get the complaint req no. SAK[protected], Kindly resolve this issue and refund the amount, I'm very thankful to you.

I am not sure why but on my credit card statement every month either 180 or 199 rupees is getting deducted

I am writing to file a complaint regarding the unauthorized use of my credit card. My card has been hacked and an amount of INR 48, 856 has been charged to it without my knowledge or consent.

I have taken the following steps to address the issue:

I have immediately contacted my bank to report the fraudulent activity and have requested that they cancel my card and issue me a new one.
I have also changed my online banking passwords and added additional security measures to my account.

I request that you take immediate action to investigate this matter and take appropriate legal action against the person or persons responsible for this crime. I have attached all the necessary documents for your reference.

On 26th of december I got a call claiming that she is a SBI employee telling me about some health insurance and all but i said no for that insurance but later she kept me indulge in her talk and then send a otp for closing that and on the very second moment i got a message regarding deduction of 12216 rupees which was not authorised by me.

On 15th Dec 2022, I called just dial for cab services in mathura and agra. They told that some cab services will call me. One cab service RadheRadhe travels person called me and asked me to book cab on their website. I entered details of my travel and then it landed to transaction page but transaction failed. Then that person sent me an app and asked to install on phone, but I couldn't due to some error. Then that person told me that he is...

I received a call saying it was from axis bank and my credit card is being blocked and they are sending me new card and for that some verification is to be done and they require my card details and then transaction was made from my account.
My bill shows transaction in the name of dream plug technologies....

I have not spent on my credit card yet my statement shows charges with the name of dreamplug technologies pvt. Ltd. Of rs. 2879. This is a fraud. Solve this isseu asap and clear the charges.

My acount was debited on 16.09.22 for Rs. 6894/- without my knowledge and no one replied on their app support.
How can i refund my money.

I requested withdrawal of my money from CRED Mint on 28th sept and they said that withdrawal will process by 30th sept but it didn't. Since then, i am following up with them but not getting any proper answer. They are asking for 24 hours again and again. Not giving proper solution. Please help.

Have been using cred app for hdfc credit card payment and i noticed a couple of transactions made in the name of dreamplug technologies pvt LTD without my knowledge. When raised this concern there's still no response from their side. Cred has the worst customer service ever.

I paid my credit card bill before the due date but not reflected in my card and then after a week I get to know that payment got failed and even the payment does not reflect in my bank account and credit card team charged an interest amount on my card due to non payment.
Who would pay me the interest amount?
It's cred mistake I am paying.

I am using cred APP for the past 1 year and paid up my Home Rent in time by the help of your company.
My strong complaint is really i could not transfer my home rent through cred for the past 1 week in time. Main reason ICICI Section asking OTP. But it is not reflected. So how I can transfer to our landlord?

17/04/2022 on ₹1427 amount debited

This is a credit card fraud company. Some scammer took 20310rs, form my credit card. And in transaction it is showing this company name. I have already filed and FIR and one report in consumer forum and one in cyber crime. I have already complaint sbi investigation team. So whoever has done this i am giving you last warning to give my money back, or else it's not going to be good thing

I had paid rent through Cred with Citi credit Card the amount is 6470 but still my money not credited to account Cred Costomer care services not a single person give me proper solution asking me bank statement which already shared with cred trough mail but still not get the money in account Cred is very unsupported app where is my cred team
