credit card refund not refunded in my bank account

I have tried to contact numerous times. Provided all the information raised numerous tickets from 31st of august and my payment of 25000 which was refunded by citibank is not transferred back to me. Initially they just kept pushing we need the bank account number now they don't have a live person to talk to. Very pathetic and unprofessional support
