I have ordered 1 ligh pink and blue color wedding lehenga choli – 62 from www.cripti.in. of rs. 854.92 but they have sent the wrong product. I am trying to call them on number which is mentioned address lable is wrong. And i am trying to email them on email id:[protected]@nivelliastore.com but it is also wrong.
There address is soul future inc, cripti.in, 408, ubh plaza, near water tank, yogi chowk, surat-395006, gujarat......

M from assam... Mene ek simple si kurti order kia tha bt bohot hi khatiya wala 3 kurties mujhe mile... Cripti.in se... Kitna frord hei ye log... Mujhe ye ghatiya parcel return krni hai aur mujhe mere peise wapas chahiye... Bcoz believe karke mene order kia tha... Ab kavi v ye galti nahi karungi... Yeh complain mene isiliye kia hai taki mujhe mere peise wapas mil sake... Plz help me to return this parcel... Yahape seller details hai — br...

A few days ago i ordered a saree from this website but when i received my order its totally diffrent from that wht i ordered.. Its jst a cheap cloth... I want get my money back.. But there no provision for return the product. Plz provide me d procedure to how thus product send n give my money back….
This kind of service is not expected from the company.
The problem has to be resolved on priority basis....

Bhaiya jo kurti mene order ki thi apne wo to bheji nhi h... Koi ajeeb sa kapda bheja h uska kya kre hum... Ap ye order return kijiye ye bakwaas sa kapda h usko wapis lijiye... Agr apne ye wapas nhi liya to me apki company ke khilaf dawa kr dungi... Or jo no. Diya h uspr call kijiye or ye apna order replace kijiye... Apne ye acchaa nhi kiya ye to ek dhoka h......

Red and cream designer printed saree - 8 jaisi dekhi vaise nahi hai
Isliye aap hamari complaints likhiye and saree return le jayiye jo numer diya uspe call kiya but call lag nahi raha hai jo saree purchase ki vo nahi bheji simple saree bheji saree vapas karana hai please complaints likhiye aur return to money please rs 640 saturday se call kiya under the 7 days return to saree aur 3 din baki hai please help me

Wrong Product Delivered.
Product was not same as i had seen on the website. It was totally different, colour, quality everything was different.
I have uploaded the picture of The Product which i ordered but it was not the same which i got at the time of delivery.
The thing which i got at the time of delivery was quality less if anybody provide free then too no one want that....

Its totally fraud, their contact number, email...

I order two kurtis from cripti.in but the company send me 2 sarees at that place. And know i want to return that sarees but company contact no. And email was not correct. How can i return and get my money i doesn't remain any source. I approach to courier that parcel product but blue dart also doesn't support to finding out this site and doesn't give any information about it. I want that consumer court help me to finding out this site information...

I am really surprised and dissapointed with my online shopping with cripti.in

I have ordered desinger cream color lahanga choli from your website but i have received 2 color cheap sari material which is not even cream color. I have selected cash on delivery but when i opened it i was shocked. But still i paid to that poor delivery boy.

I have ordered 1 DARK PINK AND CREAM COLOR DESIGNER EMBROIDERY KURTI – 10 from www.cripti.in. of rs. 530.00 but they have sent the wrong product.In place of a kurti I have received a saree which is not even worth of 100₹ ..Such a fake company...There is no return policy mentioned anywhere in the website.. Please don't cheap people and make money in these ways.....

I've ordered a cream color lehenga from a particular website name cripti and it came within 2 days i paid cod rs 855 and when i opened the parcel the parcel was completely different from the one which i had ordered it's something yellow and brown i just don't understand what is it how can someone be such a big fraud.
