I have ordered a watch from custom watch. After delhivery below issues are there which is getting me harazed from that comany:
1) different and defective watch received istead of actual.
2) already mail to the consumer mail id for refund, but no action has been taken and also unable to contact them with their web side mentioned contact no....

I ordered online a watch of rs. 1600/- from customwach.in and it delivered to my residential address within 2 days, but the key of the said watch is not working and hence i tried to complaint about it, i have already sent a mail to them on given email address but till today, no reply from other side as well as their contact number also not in exist. Now what can i do and how i will got refund....

Hello... There has been response nor acknowledgement from customwatch.in with regards to my complaint of the faulty and wrong product delivered by you and also with regards to replacement or refund.

During order placing Prakash had called from +[protected] but now he disconnects the call every time i call.

Resolve this issue with immediate replacement or refund.
