I am writting this because customer service of Dairylac milk India they refused to provide the discount when asked. On thier website it shows there is the offer but when called and asked they said its not available. Customer service refused that we had closed the offer but on the website its available. Poor service for the first time user. For example: offer was if we purchase one month milk then 300 rupees will be discounted for one month. But they refused.

I purchased 2 kgs of Desi Cow Ghee from Dairylac. I thought I have spent extra money and purchased a healthy food item. I used this Ghee to lit Diwali Diyas. To my utter shock, there was powdery residue in the Diyas. I just can't fathom such a thing to happen with Desi Cow Ghee that too in this weather when day temperature is crossing 30 degrees.

It's my request to people who are reading this that please don't buy milk or milk products from these people. It's not easy to test these food items and this company is hoodwinking people by their false promises. You are not only paying extra but also buy health problems by buying milk products from this company.

I was ordering their milk for last 3 months and in the start milk taste was good but later the quality became poor and recently they suddenly discontinued my order without informing me.
Their customer service executives are rude and don't behave good with customers.

This is strongly not recommended for anyone looking for milk delivery in delhi/ncr. Avoid them
