On 29/11/2016, I received a call from [protected] from Abhinav Bhtacharya, one claiming to be calling from ICICI Bank. I was told that my existing debit card is to be updated as its expiring on 30/11/2016 and i was asked to enter details of card including CVV no after the beep sound from IVR.When I protested that I can't share all details, I was assured that these information are sought for sending a new card to me and an amount of Rs 8250/...

On 19/03/2016, I received a call from [protected] from one Neha Sharma, claiming to be calling from SBI Card. I was told that my existing credit card is to be updated and i was asked to give details of card including CVV no. When I protested that I can't share all details, I was assured that these information are sought for sending a gift to me and the amount will not be debited from my account, rather the reward points accrued will be adjusted...

Yesterday (26/02/2016) I received a call from [protected] which said it's from SBI Credit Card Department and fraudulently taking my card credentials i.e.OTP and CVV number they made a transaction of Rs 7762.00 against dealmantra_epayKerala. Can you please cancel the transaction as it is a fraudulent one and I haven't made any transaction today through my SBI Credit Card and revert the amount to my credit card you can contact me on [protected]......

I have got call from [protected] number saying that they are from verification department of VISA verification department and they told me about all my card available balance, limit and outstanding balance, after that they asked me for OTP the moment I shared with them I got message saying that they have used my credit card for Rs 7762. I want to know how to proceed further...
