I ordered Redmi note 7 pro on April 10 in website dealmyntra.in by making payment through BHIM... I got an email stating my that my Status is payment confirmed.. order#25999..I have attached screen shot of it... I sent multiple emails but only once they replied asking for my payment details... I sent but none of my emails reached them after that.. neither their customer care number...please help refund my money......

I ordered a redmi note pro 7 on dealmyntra.in and payment of 13999 was done through upi. My order number not generated, they have not sent me email or message regarding the order. Their customer care number is not responding nor they are replying emails. The order was placed on 15 apr 19. The screenshot of payment is uploaded, the behaviour or attitude of company appears to be dubious....

I have ordered redmi notepro at rs 13999.00 and paid amount throuhg mobikweek upi. On 10.04.19
And i have mailed immidietly to their customer care. They replied and asked for payment screen short. I have sent the screen short of the order and mailed with payment details. Butafter that they are not responding and their toll free no is also not working.

Had placed an order of redmi note 7 pro in dealmyntra by paying rs. 13999 in advance on 8 april 2019. Received confirmation mail and courier. It has been over 7 dayds, there is no update. Therefore, have been following up with the company by sending email and calling their toll free number. Unfortunately i am unable to receive any reply. It seems to be fake website. Request for any suggestion....

I transferred money Rs 13999 for mobile handset Red mi Note 7 pro through UPI on 08 Apr 2019, but they have not delivered the product yet. They don't respond to our calls . PL take the company on task which by false represention looted money and ban the website as well to avoid further victimisation of innocent people. PL take a stringent action for such looting of money through various fake website. PL advise what shall I do for this menace....

I ordered (Order id #24763) samsung galaxy m30 on 9th april. They told you will receive your package on 12 april but i didn't receive any package yet. Moreover, they are not responding to mail and live chat. Also, the toll-free number is not working i paid (17990)
