Every time i am only loose opposite player every time winning my amount 600000 abovegone

I think any one in Deccan rummy account Team person is Fraud Because I am follow up from 4 Dec 2020 to 14 2020 Dec for My Withdraw Amount.
Account Department team every time Required fresh Bank Statement and I am also provide my fresh Bank Statement.
They Have only provide me Everytime
UTR Transaction Number: N[protected]
And said Ticket is closed
But i am say every time Sir please confirmed in your Bank for this entry because I think this is a failure Transaction
If it's a successful transaction,
amount will be reflect in my Bank statement but till amount not recived in my Bank account
for refrance I am send my updated,
If they have provide me there Bank transaction photo copy of full details with transfer date I am check it in my Bank but they have only provide me UTR Number it is not completely information I want full details of transaction if money transfer from Deccan rummy site

What’s the best?

The few tournaments i've played on their website using my mobile was satisfactory -

Tables were loading really fast.

What’s not good?

No mobile apps - i'm really surprised that they don’t have a mobile app. It is good that site is mobile responsive but most people (Me included) love the comfort of playing in apps. They are the fastest and best way to play games online.
No private tables - most rummy sites have private tables and that is missing in deccan rummy. I for one wish to avoid the crowd and set up my own table and play with my friends in a private environment. Do consider opening up private table feature atleast for premium customers.
No live bug reporting - bug reporting in tables must be made easy and bonus must be increased for each genuine bug that gets reported.
Cash prize increase - an increase in the prize amount for free tournaments is recommended, considering the time and effort put forth by the players.
