I want to purchase Thomson TV and I paid 5749 through phonepe. But there is nothing info about my order and also company contact number. Cheater...Don't believe deckup.in

Deckup.in is a fake website which steals money via UPI.

The site logo is copied from Bedeck Woods Pvt Ltd. which is a legitimate business. Also on the www.deckup.in. contact page the GST number is a valid number but it belongs to owners of a different business www.deckup.shop.

The site scams buyers by claiming to provide cashback and discount on UPI transactions. They attract users to pay the amount by UPI by applying high transaction charges on other modes of payment like Credit/Debit Cards and Net banking.

Once payment is made via UPI the login stops to be working and the customer care support also stopped working. Immediately after the payment I have received an email confirmation with 22nd October as the delivery date, but the tracking details have not been sent till now.

I have purchased a dinning table and a sofa from www.deckup.in but I didn't get any msg or mail for confirmation when I tried to call customer care and WhatsApp both were not working. Now I lost money and I want police to take action against it so that people wont get cheated and I want my money back

No order confirmation, contact number is not working

I ordered a furniture on deckup.in on 9th October 2020 for Rs 9749. The payment was done by UPI. after that the seller is not picking calls and also not answering in WhatsApp.

It's a fake website still operating.
They claim to be authorised seller on amazon.in and flipkart.

I'm writing so no other people should be cheated these fraudsters.

This site "www.deckup.in" is fake site and luring the customer by showing furniture in cheap rate.

Www.deckup.in is fake website operating with fake GST number and dealing with selling in heavy furniture. They are using fake number, putting ads & promoting this website on google platform. Due to very lucrative pricing consumer are getting lured and get trapped and end up buying and loosing money. Even i got into trap and lost 14k. No is responding only number available. Despite many complaint this website is still operating .

Please investigate this matter and help us to get back our hard earned money

Plz sir is this is humble request to all officers plz help us to get money back we are not so rich to get this loss i have ordered furniture from deckup.in on oct 5th and they told they will deliver on 17th oct i have paid them 26225/- for all my furniture i have done upi transaction from my bank and now not picking up call not giving answer to any msg just automated msg comes in whatsapp the no is [protected] plz save more people who is purchasing till now and stop that site and help us to get refund money back plz thier gst no is 07AGGPJ0554J1ZG thankyou
