Delhi Milk Scheme Complaints & Reviews

I purchased 2 Liter. of DMS milk packets on 21.07.23 (Morning), and the colour changed from white to brown it became like soapy water after boiling the milk, so I approached the shopkeeper, and she said she had received many other complaints regarding the same issue and asked me to come tomorrow morning and bring the empty packets of milk, today on 23.07.23 I approached her and she told me the distributor is refusing to take necessary action and he refuses to change the spoiled milk. so I request you kindly take the necessary against this and resolve the issue. Today I’ve opened DMS full cream packet, and surprised to see a Cockroach in it.
This is really what we expect from this government based manufacturers….?

I PURCHASED 3 PACKETS OF DMS TONED MILK ON 15/8/11 FROM THEIR BOOTH IN MAHAVIR NAGAR (NEAR SHIV MANDIR), TILAK NAGAR. WHEN THE MILK WAS BEING GOT BOILED THE SAME DAY, THE ENTIRE MILK GOT SPOILED. WHEN I CHECKED THE EMPTY POLYTHENE COVERS, TO MY SURPRISE, THERE WAS NEIITHER ANY SEAL NOR THE DATE PRINTED ON EITHER OF THE COVER. ONLY ONE COVER WAS HAVING SOME BLACK INK ON IT. WHEN I COMPLAINED THE NEXT DAY, THE PERSON SITTING IN THE BOOTH TOLD ME WHAT HE CAN DO IF IT IS COMING FROM THE COMPANY LIKE THAT. WHEN I TALKED TO THE COMPANY PEOPLE, OVER PHONE I WAS TOLD THAT EACH AND EVERY PACKET BEARS THE SEAL AND DATE. I AM CONFUSED OVER THE MATTER. This is to inform you that even after a rigorous campaiging for consumer like jaago grahak jaago but many of the shopkeepers are charging more than MRP.

I went to a Shop which name Chowdhary Dairy, A-443, Raghubir Nagar, New Delhi - 27 on 12 Nov 2010 to buy a Delhi Milk Scheme toned milk which MRP is Rs. 24/- but I am surprise when he was charging 2 Rs. Extra. When I am asked why he was charging me more than MRP, he said " Yahan par itna ka hi milta he aapko lena ho to lo warna jaao yahan se.

After few day I went again these shop for buy milk, he had replied to me same and threating to me you will go anywhere for complaint.

I dont understand why no action has been taken by the Government against these blackmailers.

On these days Government of India show a lots of add on TV " jaago grahak jaago" but when we try to implement it we feel helpless.

I request to Indian Government to make strict laws to restrict all this and take action against these kinds of blackmailers.
