dec 2014 to may 2015 my total claim amount nearly 80, 000 rs i have mail so many times to denave HR team but they not reply and not even clarify about my claims even ihave share all my details of claims receive, pending, approvals.

Loan processing fees charged
I have taken the loan from HDFC Bank based on Credit Card, at the time of loan processing I have conveyed by the customer care there was no processing fees will charged but after loan processing 300/- Rs is charged(with service charge and taxes) when I have complain regarding this they are saying I have to pay the processing fees because its under policy.
