सेवा में अधीक्षक डाकघर पटना मंडल पटना महोदय मैं भी एक डाक विभाग का कर्मचारी हूं मेरे परिजन किदवईपुरी उप डाकघर पटना में स्पीड पोस्ट बुक करने के लिए गए थे परंतु पटल पर बैठा सहायक यह कहकर स्पीड पोस्ट बुक करने से मना कर दिया कि यह दूसरे राज्य का है यहां से दूसरे राज्य में स्पीडपोस्ट बुक नहीं की जाती है फिर जब मैं अपने परिजन को यह बताया कि कहीं भी भारत में स्पीड पोस्ट किसी भी डाकघर से किया जा सकता है तो दोबारा जब वहां करने के लिए गए तो उन्होंने उन्होंने पूछा कि अंदर क्या है मेरे परिजन के द्वारा बताया कि दवाई है तो उसमें उन्होंने फिर से पूछा दवाई लिक्विड फॉर्म में है या सॉलि़ड फॉर्म में उन्होंने बताया सारे सॉलिड फॉर्म में है पाउडर है तो उन्होंने पूछा किस कलर का पाउडर है तो मेरे परिजन के द्वारा बताया गया कि पाउडर सफेद कलर का है जो कि मेरी दवाई है तो उन्होंने कहा कि यह दवाई चुकी सफेद है तो यह जांच का विषय है इसलिए पहले जांच किया जाएगा तब वह बुक किया जाएगा यह कह कर बुक करने से मना कर दिया इस प्रकार से एक पोस्टल कर्मचारी के परिजन को जब इस तरह से परेशान किया जा रहा है तथा इस डाकघर में केवल कमीशन बेस्ट काम किया जाता है जिस स्कीम में कमीशन मिलता है उसका काम किया जा रहा है बाकी कोई भी डाक बुक करने का काम नहीं किया जा रहा है अतः महोदय से निवेदन है कि कृपया इस बात की जांच कराएं कि उन्होंने इस महीने कितने रजिस्टर्ड आर्टिकल बुक किया है और नहीं किए हैं तो उसका कारण क्या है

My problem is that when i use DOP Mobile banking I can not log in..I provide correct User name and Mpin, but every time I got the message "MBRCUI002 Please try again".
How can I log in DPO Mobile banking?...

Dear Sir,

The subject EMS Speed Post was booked on the 21st December 2020 from Rohtak HO Post Office. The total weight of the documents was 65 gms and a Postal Charge of Rs. 1829 was paid for booking the same.

Till date, the documents have not reached the destination despite registered complain number [protected] dated 13/01/2021 and several reminders sent by my daughter Ishita Narula from E. Mail Id: [protected]@gmail.com.

It is now over two months since the consignment was booked.

On Checking with USPS (the US counterpart of Spped Post), it is found that the document has not reached any USPS Facility (Latest snapshots of the tracking information from USPS is attached which is self-explanatory), means that the document has either not been despatched or is lost in transit

I am shocked to note the apathy and the carelessness with which this entire matter was handled. Screen shots of the Complaint lodged with Speed Post attached are self explanatory.

The documents sent through Speed Post pertain to transcripts of my daughter Ishita Narula which were to be evaluated by World Education Services before applying for admission to Universities in USA.

This delay has resulted in lots of mental trauma to us, loss of opportunity because of missing admission deadlines of some of the universities we wanted to apply to, .possibly, my daughter might miss the admission deadline for this semester.

After waiting for two months, we finally applied for duplicate transcripts by paying again to the university & sent the same through FEDEX courier to USA.

We seek the following from the Postal Department:

- Refund of the EMS Speed Post Charges Paid - Rs. 1, 829/-
- Reimbursement of charges we had to pay to University for reissuing Transcripts - Rs. 2000/-
- Petrol Cost for again visiting (Rohtak from Faridabad) by Car for getting duplicate transcripts issued from the University. - Rs. 2000/-

Compensation for missing university deadlines & the trauma caused to us on account of the negligence.

Scanned copies of the Speed Post Booking Receipt of Rs. 1829/- & the University Transcript Fee Receipt of Rs. 2000/ attached.

I request you to kindly look into the matter & ask the concerned department to adequately compensate us for this negligence & trauma caused to us.

Speed post consignment no. Ew[protected]in booked on 30th july'2020 at 11.00 hrs from kolkata purbachal po pin 700097 for rourkela pin 769042 has arrived kolkata ap nsh on 6th aug'2020 at 13.50 hrs. The consignment remains in kolkata for the last 7 days till reporting today. Don't know when it would reach destination though department of post claims that speed post are delivered within 2-3 days. I have made the fees payment for the online Gramain Dak Engagement Post in Postal Deptartment for the post of BPM/ABPM .Money of rs.100 has been deducted from my account but it has not been reflected in my registration number.When I try to login with my registration number, I am getting no payment made. I have been waiting for the letter, conbtaining my driving licence, sent to me by rto pune, which is not yet delivered to me, within the city of pune, surprising, the several complaints and tweets have been given, but no one bother, even no enquiries, were made, i am needing my driving licence, which is most important to me to carry it always, as i am a driver. Hi Team, Wanted to highlight the poor support which we have received from Department of Post. My father is a senior citizen and old Post office customer and wanted investment in Sr. Citizen Savings scheme and have deposited a cheque of 1.2 Lacs on 16th Nov 2015. Even after repeated follow up over phone and sending a registered letter to post office Sarsuna we dont have any status update on the investment till date. We understand that there can be delay for couple of days due to operational issues, however a delay of 36 days does not sound reasonable and is causing loss of interest

My friend has send me three pair of shoes from SP SECTOR 41, NOIDA via speed post tracking no.: EU6969625IN and weight of article is 2900 gms at the time of booking.Today I received the article and my two pair of shoes was stolen from it and now I weight it and it is 1360 gms.Someone has stolen my two pair of shoes from it.It is very disgusting that department of post is stealing goods from common man's courier/post.The pair of shoes which was stolen is of Rs 15000/pair.I want an immediate action from you against the thief.And also want my pair of shoes back.

I want your kind attention on the Speed post Article No. EQ[protected]IN not received me till date. My self Deepak Kumar H.no. 46 Majitha avenue Ghanupur kale Road. Near Sandhu Property Dealer Chheharta Amritsar.
I applied for Cheque Book from my bank. My bank dispatch me Cheque Book on dated 17/03/2011 from New Delhi. I enquired the status of my docket on internet status shows that Speed post was delivered to Chheharta post office on 19/03/2011 & postman Mr. Iqbal Masih received from post office .(Status copy attached ) But I am sorry to say that till date I have not received my Cheque Book from postman. Now kindly check the status of my speed post which is not delivered to me. Earlier this type of problem faced by me
Sir, my bank send me a ATM card at my residence address on dated 29/08/2010 with article no. EA[protected]IN & GPO dispatch it to Chheharta Post Office on 03/09/2010 & same is received by your Postmaster Mr. Iqbaljit Masih from Chheharta Post Office. I personally call to Postmaster for the letter but he refused & ask me to wait for 2 or 3 days. I call again & again he give me same reply . When I gave warning for complain to Sr. Supt. of Post then he gave me my ATM card packet on dated 21/09/2010
We are facing this type of problem from long time. I am also not get call letter from Railway for written test. Railway call me for written test but I can’t attend the test because of not receiving of call letter. My mother LIC cheque also hold by him for one month. He is not going anywhere for delivery of Letters. When I opened new account of my daughter in bank , bank send me welcome letter for confirmation of address. This time also I do not get letter from your postman. I personally visit your office for letter collection.
Sir, this type of working shows that your post man is a very careless person. He is not serious about his job. Kindly check the matter & provide me bank letter. I also given a written complain in the office of Sr. Supt. of post Which recieving no. 2911 dated 21/04/2011.
