This is regarding the order number DA[protected] which was supposed to deliver a pineapple cake in Calcutta on 2-Sep-2012. After multiple follow ups what I got is a kids' cake with scenery. The cake was a for an adult and it the delivery made a joke of myself.
While talking to the devflora guys, they said this is what they can do and I should not order in future if I have a problem.
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT...

Non delivery of order till 20 days
i have ordered on 24/10/09 cadbury chocolate cost 249rs/-(order no:D[protected]to be delivered to rishikesh on 25/10/09.but it wasnt delivered till now.I got two time resonse from their side that it has been delivered.but i found out it wasnt.Moreover after so many complaint no feedback was from their side.And instead of them calling me, I have to call them several time for getting update about my order.Now it has been 20 days.It was a birthday...
