I purchased a crax Packet from the market and no coupon code is not mentioned inside the wrapper.
This is unacceptable. I want compensation

I am writing to bring to your notice a very critical matter relating to the issue of health and food safety in packaged foods especially chips and namkeen containing plastic toys inside the packets. The issue is with respect to a particular snacks brand - 'crax' manufactured by the company dfm foods limited (Fssai licence no. [protected]). The company has been resorting to the use of plastic toys as incentives for children to purchase these snacks/chips packets.

I urge you to please take stringent and immediate action in this regard so that this menace of putting hazardous plastic toys by the aforementioned firm does not result in critical health issues arising out of laxity in norms governing the food standards and safety of our country. Lack of it could lead to choking or other related health complications by inadvertently consuming of such dangerous and life threatening items, especially by children in our country.

Hope you would take this suggestion into consideration and take action expeditiously.
