I am filing this complaint against Digienter? for misleading commitments, unfair trade practices, mental harassment, and non-delivery of promised services.

The company’s sales team repeatedly contacted me through calls and WhatsApp messages and attracted me by making big promises regarding website development, SEO services, promotion, and business growth services. Initially, they quoted approximately ?25, 000–?30, 000 for...

I am not satisfied with the work of Digienter. Because the Digienter team is not working on it. The employees of Digienter do not answer the calls on the team and do not work on the team despite giving a company letterhead. they make the wrong investment in digienter and do not give any return and the team in it is completely wrong. Please refund me my payment as i am not satisfied with the work of digienter.

Digienter is a fraud company and a group of scammers who first demand money in advance and then do no work and then demand more money in pretexts of providing Icann Certificate . on asking questions about it, the staff starts abusing and misbehaving . BE alert...

One person Mohit called me and ask if i want seo promotion on my website of my company. Initially he demanded of Rs 50, 000 then keep on calling me and finally lowered the rates to Rs 15, 000 which
I paid and promised me complete website soon and SCO promotion to get desired traffic.
Then he has shown my website but next day one Abhimanyu called, heckled and threatened me to pay...

Some person named mohit called and ask if i want seo promotion on my website..
I was given quotation of aprox 50000 then he negotiated to 23600
I paid 5000 advance
Then he made my website which he told was to made free as that was cost of SEO.
As soon as i paid the balance amount.
In just 2 days i got call for some google verifiaction certificate worth rs27500
The amount is even more than i paid earlier now they are harrasing me daily to pay the amount… they say you need to pay your amount anyhow as your work cannot be done in this.. they are also not giving refund back..
I have all the proofs of their agreement and gst invoice too..
i wish there was some government body to ban this type of companies.. as they are no less than cyber crimers. Who trap you in advance and expect to pay more for the job.

They will Sayed that all negative comments are post by his employees but not I am a company owner and my company name is Neega Security Services India Private limited and our website name is Neega Group you can search it firstly they will ask 20 thousand for 5 years and after sometime they will ask for Google verification certificate about 50 thousand and then they will ask for SSL certificate about 70 thousand and then they will ask for...

Digi persons cheated me a 87000Rupee and not given me any service

I have called them many times and they started abusive language from me.

Digienter is offer me for seo website for 3 years in 20000 after payment they stopped the work and forced me to pay 22000 for Google verification.i pay them and after a week they charged me 20000 for wildcard SSL they charged me total 62000 and didn’t deliver any website and they are asking for 30000 again for server rent. They are fraud and cheaters. Don’t pay a single penny to Digienter and they start traping u from 5000 and u are scammed....

Digienter calls me for a plan of 15000 rupees for making website and SEO etc. And they showed me little work on it showed me a simple website and after some time closed the website. And they told me you will never have to pay any extra payment on it. Then They Said Google Doesn't Give Permission To Run Your Website On Google, You Have To Purchase Google Verification Cerificate Then You Shouldn't Pay Any Amount For Website...Then I Paid 22700...

Digienter calls me for a plan of 17500 rupees for making website and SEO etc. And they showed me little work on it showed me a simple website and after some time closed the website. And they told me you will never have to pay any extra payment on it. Then I paid 17500.
After that payment, after 2 days they stared to ask for 25000 for SSL certificates. Not showen me any work any customer enquiry.
This is totally fraud plz 🙏 don't be fooled.

We hired this Digi Enter company to develop a website for our company, we first paid them 50% & thereafter on the development of the same we paid the balance 50% -to make it live. This contact for the website development & promotion was for two years, in the first year they only made the website but did not do any single promotion of the same but after an year our website lost its domain name because Digi-enter did not renew the same and on our repeated request they did not renew the same,

This is a fraud & a scam company, people should not be fooled by their promises.

For website development It better to pay either India Mart Or Trade India, these portals are more successful and will get you the required business.

I found digienter from online till the money transferred they are pleasing post that they stopped responding and they said we dont repay back 47000 and amit kumar he is telling that we are fraud we do for so many and said do whatever you want its been 1 year we are behind him...

I gave them contract to build my website and sent 10000 rupees. After that they come up with different different plans and started to sell forcefully to me. They asked me $400(doubtful why they quote in dollars) for google business page & verification which is already free service by Google. Also they charging thousands of rupees for SSL certificate which comes in just 600 to 900 rupees.
Then they come up with SEO (organic) which should be included in website development contract because it is just organic. every developer do it freely in website.
They finally try to get me on Trap game but I proved them wrong . But I lost 1000 rupees.
DO NOT TAKE SERVICE FROM THEM
