Iam writings this complaints on (OMR THALAPAKATTI BRANCH )customer service and management, wrong accusation and poor maintanance and privacy for the customer, very senseless unprofessional customer handling, iam raising my complaint on management director and service employe RAKESH AND KARTHICK, they have to apologise for their behaviour and service

Today noon I ordered lunch from your outlet and some of the dish not delivered. And I called one mr raja swami regarding this issue and I made a complaint. He said he will recent me the pending dish. But they didn’t sent me back and they didn’t even call me back. I really bad about this issue, so I would like to request a complaint regarding this issue. So I hope you do a immediate action.

Spoiled chicken

Worst place to having food and best place to get disease. We 2 had just morumoru chicken and chicken 65 half plate each.and I got diarrhea on next day (even though I'm an chronic constipation patient for an decade) and my friend got vomit and diarrhea on the same day evening and got admitted for 3 days and I myself paid 30k after discount (coz she runs one of her lab in the same hospital).. We asked water to the waiter after 15 minutes after another remainder he send water with some other hindhiwala who can't understand anything. The bottle water the served is absolutely Tap Water. The chicken they served is very old or kept in an repaired freezer. Finally we order an sathukudi juice without suger and ice. That the hindhiwala don't understand and a women came for assistance and explained him.. Still he don't understand and came with double sugared juice. Worst experience I never ever dreamed of.

Bill number 83 there was complaint not given offer even i show the message and also OTP number received. Your manager keep quiet upto Bill generated. After that yes sir you have offer but "now nothing done sir" because bill generated. I have lost 90 rupees due to your manager irrespective of customer voice. Thank you for your this kind of poor service given to the customer. Infuture don't send this kind fake message please. Don't treat Customer is a fool.

Food quality and service
I came to your restaurant dindigul thalapakatti THENI branch on [22/10/20] and was really disappointed from the quality of food that was served to me. [I ordered two chicken briyani, briyani was cold, not hot, chicken pieces are very hard, even we couldn't eat a single/small pieces of chicken ], I never ever eat this type of poor briyani in my life time.and I ordered fish 65 that also verybad, very old oily smell is came from the fish.also I trying to contact head office they're didn't respond.we totally disappointed with your food.i my life I will not come to any branch of your restaurant.That is not the quality of food that one would expect from a restaurant of your level and reputation. You need to make sure that your customers are getting the highest caliber of available ingredients as well as proper preparation.

Hereby i ordered food on[protected] at 12pm through phone call to dindigul thalapathi, nagercoil branch. They asked for details and took the order. Once i went there they asked me to wait. I was waiting for more than an hour, a staff called me and telling that your order hasn't placed. One who attend the call was not responding properly. I called the manager... Manager is really rude and also the staffs behaviour. It is extremely worst. I waited from 1 till 2.30. I faced a mental pressure due to the behaviour of the staff...

very very worst service
Yesterday we had a lunch on thalappakatti which newly opened in omr near turyya hotel. We have ordered few side dish and biriyani, for side dish they don't give any onion, minus and etc. The food also not hot. The gave the bill without any delay. While providing bill also they not gave sweet anise, while we ask anise in bill counter they not even respond. Very very worst service.

Dear sir! Today i went ur restaurant @ tirupur with my wife i am ordered 2 plates chicken briyani and 1/2 plate peri chicken, the order taken almost we are finish our main dish but after 25 mints we are not received the peri peri chicken, i am pls bring remaining the peri peri chicken, how to eat only sideish with out any main dish. We are shocked and asked he simply order it was like that only!

I came across the information from central govt on yahoo page as follows but dindigul talapakatti is charging service tax based on ac facilities in their restaurant.
If any govt. Official is reading this i want a strict action against dindigul talapaktti

Consumer protection act of 1986 to say that "a trade practice which, for the purpose of promoting sale, use or the supply of any goods or for the provision of any service, adopts any unfair method or deceptive practice, is to be treated as an unfair trade practice and that a consumer can make a complaint to the appropriate consumer forum established under the act against such unfair trade practices."
If any govt. Official is reading this i want a strict action against dindigul talapaktti

High Rates + low quantity

Dear sir!
Last Saturday i went ur Restaurant @ mount Road branch with my family! i am ordered 2 plates chicken briyani and 1/2 grilled chicken, 1 set butter Naan! the order taken person asked u need gravy for that naan! i am told later we order
after 45 mins he came and told no grilled chicken available, i am replied y so much time with hunger pls bring remaining things, he brought fullyburned ordinary naan and heat less briyani with less quantity!
my family members shocked and asked he simply order it was like that only! i[censored] want rate higher butter naan else it'll like burn only, briyani quantity very very less with useless chicken piece! poor replies, not satisfaction service!Rates are very very High! there coming peoples are not everyone Multi millinior or IT peoples. so many peoples came over there like middle class, pls reduce amount and as well as increse quantity of food! take action for order taking person they are not replied well with customers! don't hesitate in food for hungry peoples
compare to other groups urs really high!
pls consider about price reduction!
serve food equal to serve god!
forgive me if anything wrong on that !

Charging more than MRP

At Dindigul Thalappakatti located inside DLF IT Park, Ramapuram, Chennai, a well reputed restaurant they charging Rs.30 for mineral water (Aquafina 600ml) instead of MRP price Rs.25. When asked why they are charging Rs.5 above MRP they are not responding properly.
