I recharged with amount 5000 n continue subscribing milk for few days but due to sudden issue we went outside of city for months n paused subscription. When we want to restart subscription, it is not updating in apps. I tried to connect thru complaint number which is not working in month of september and finally one day without any information, intimation all money was forfeited.

Hi team, please take necessary action on this fraud website. They make you add money to the wallet to order anything from their app, post that they neither accept the order nor refund the amount. I have tried reaching them multiple times all i recieved was a note that we are sorry. They raised a ticket after several emails, but nobody responds. Its one of the most pathetic delivery services which try to lure customers but fails in providing basic services. Please take action. So that other customers don’t face the same situation. I have attached the relevant screenshots

On 19th september they have to deliver 2 amul milk packets but they did not deliver and still 56 rs has been deducted.

I have tried reaching them through calls & emails but they are not replying. I need my money back as this is pure cheating. Currently i am not sure how to get my money back.

Please help me get my hard earned money back from these fraudsters.

I am using doodhwala app for milk delivery to my home. Till last month it was fine though it was not delivered few days. But from this month onwards (Sep'2019) they are hardly delivered 10 times. If i tried to reach them through the number mentioned in app, it is not connecting and also tried to teach from their support mail "[protected]@doodhwala.com" no response from this. When i sent mail they have provided auto ticket id [protected].

I am looking my money back which is available in their app.
