Being a working professional, I along with my wife have been using the laundry facility from Doormint for over 6 months without any issue. However, I was surprised when the clothes (25 numbers) I had submitted on the 7th of September, 2016 had not been delivered even after 5 days. Booking Id 157200. They ruined my shirt and my towel and they are claiming we haven't done anything and I have addressed them the issue. They are not responding at all and my brand new shirt which I have given for washing, they have put a stain over and my towel wasn't washed properly. They asked for the redo service, still the results were the same. Now that they are not responding to my calls. Please take strict against them and I want them to compensate...

I gave 6 shirts and a bedcover set for laundry - wash + iron on the premium (more expensive service). First time i received the washed clothes - most of the shirt collars were dirty and one shirt had black stains which previously didnt exist.

I have given my clothes more than a week back, when ever I am asking for the delivery they assure it will be delivered by today but always failed.
And now when I call they get the status from back end team and inform me after 15 min but they dont call back.
Please help me to get my clothes back.
