I have given test for Clinical exome sequencing and i have mentioned we need it on urgent and i have been chasing on the Report from past 20 days. i din't get proper resonse till now.

Please do not trust LAL path labs, they will take money and will not provide the results. This has happened with me two times.

Yesterday I had booked blood n lipid profile tests with lalpathlabs.Today morning one Mukesh from Lalpathlabs came and drew blood samples in three bottles.I am 71 years old CGHS beneficiary.After drawing samples, he asked Rs. 150, which v paid.Tgereafter he left abruptly without taking away samples. This is utter obnoxious behaviour on the part of Lalpathlabs staff

I opted for home collection for RT-PCR test as a requirement for my international travel to London. I received the report on the same day but there was a spelling mistake in my name. My name is 'MADHUBRATA' and they typed it as 'MADHUBRATH'. After multiple long calls and spending a lot of time, the corrected report that they sent had a second error - this time it was type as 'MADHUBARTA'.

This is pathetic service and is a nightmare as I need a correct report to board my flight and Dr. Lal PathLabs is doing absolutely nothing.

This is completely unacceptable and harrowing for a customer who has been needing a report for work travel.

We were turned down from collecting samples for blood culture test at two lal path lab centres, one at Aditya Mall, Indirapuram and the other at Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. It is both surprising and unprofessional of both the centres to do on the pretext that they do not have stock of the special vial for blood culture. Finally, I booked a home collection online from the main centre at preet vihar. It was indeed a serious hassle for us.

Very non cooperative staff and very pathetic behaviour.. I visited with my mom yesterday and we paid for the slip and took slip for sample there we met staff and he shouted at us that his timing is been over he will not take sample now and behave so harshly and after argument he took sample but we haven’t received report yet.

Most pathetic service, in all urgent reports it Dr lal path labs can't be just relied upon.
My dad had got tests done today in morning 7am home visit, report was expected by 6 today and it's now changed to next day..lab just doesn't understand the importance of timely report for diagnosis and treatment.please revert/call to me if you have an urgent solution else don't spam with useless messages.akash

My experience with your organisation in Dehradun ( Chakrata Road) is pathetic. The staff is very rude and they are literally uneducated. My family members are facing an issues with the staff like name incorrect on report wrong mobile number even wrong age entered. This is all when we are dictating each and every thing. Secondly, I am from Bank of Baroda. We have a tie up with your organisation. But still they deny for corporate discount. Which is very mean. My number is [protected]

Sir I have done blood test vide lab no[protected] on 3.9.2021. Home collection was made by Mithun Sarkar. But sorry to say that blood group report was not given to me. He told me that wrongly it was not done. He told me to come today and pick up sample and the report will be delivered in the evening. An operation is going to be conducted very soon . Today I call him several times to collect the sample but he did not receive the call. I seek redressal from you to initiate the case as early as possible to sort out the problem . Sir given sample on 29/7/21 for your center gazipur ..sample collection boy told me report he will deliver on 30/7/21 ..but practical I called so many time then he derived report on Whatsapp on 31 /7/21 at 12:30, , further I requested that pls provide report hard copy so that I can meet with Dr in gazipur here Dr prefer to c hard copy report...your boys denied..

My patient has a serious health issue that's why I visited to the dermatologist in Faridabad. He advised for biopsy test on the priority basis. He took sample from the chest by the surgery and gave me that sample to give Dr Lal path lab for the test. I submitted the sample and they provided me receipt. They asked me to wait for the report. Now I waited for six days. But they didn't get me report. Even they are not giving any satisfactory response. My patient is in serious condition. He is not able to walk, not able to eat any thing. But lab taking it very lightly. It is a health issue not any technical issue. Dr. will treat him after getting report. Kindly take action against this issue. I attached receipt of payment and sample collection.

This is to bring to your kind attention that I had given blood sample at Dr. Path Labs, New Rajender Nagar and I was given Lab No.[protected] on 16/06/2021 for Tests of HbA1c and Random Blood Sugar. When I collected my Report, I was shocked to see the reported value of 658 which put me in deep depression and not accepted at any cost. I raised a complaint in this regard with Service Request No. REQ[protected] and it has not been resolved till date and time to my satisfaction. Really its a hell a lot now. At Dr. Path Labs people are sitting only for the sake of mentally disturbing the customers. Now if you people have little bit self respect and respect for your parents then give respect to the customers and compensate my complete amount given for the testing of sample at the earliest.

Earlier I had put my complaint on this platform with the aim that I will get some justice. But unfortunately I got a response from the vendor in which I faced some fraud calls in which I was asked to give the secret code of my debit card and the secret OTP for refund purposes. By mistake I had provided the same and instead of getting the refund I lost my Rs. 19/- saying that it was bank charges which is totally fraud.

No vendor asks for the secret code and OTP from the customer while initiating the refund for any wrong error. This is the first time that Lal PathLabs people have done this. Earlier also I had taken refund from different vendors but nobody asked such type of questions and for initiating the refund vendor just asked for the bank account details and nothing else. Also the bank charges you have taken in terms of Rs. 19/- that also no vendor charge. This is totally wrong fraud concept. If the refund according to Lal PathLabs is initiated then it should reach to my account without any hassles but Lal PathLabs fellows are asking me OTP which tjey are not authorised to ask to a particular customer. Dr PathLabs has earlier given totally fake test report to me and now giving a such high shock to me in terms of giving the refund which is a totally wrong fake concept. If by fair means you can give the refund then give. These people asking me the CVV code and the secret OTP which nobody is authorised to ask. At this platform if the consumer is not getting justice by fair means then this there is no use of forum. Now my request to this consumer forum is that kindly take strict action against Lal PathLabs as fellows working there has once tried to bankrupt my bank account instead of giving me refund. Otherwise where goes the consumer if he didn't get proper justice ?????

I had requested for 3 slide blocks on the 15th at your Main Lab in Dhanbad, Jharkhand on the 15th.

I called your customer care on the 19th & spoke to Kalyani who assured me that the slides would be reaching its destination on the 20th evening.
Unfortunately the said did not happen, hence I spoke to, two of your representatives on your Customer Care line on the 20th, to hear that the system is down, inability to track & to follow up directly with the concerned lab. I was also told that a complain has been registered & would be receiving a call from the back end team in 4/5 hrs, however no follow up call was made.

I contacted the lab today 21st, to know, no delivery has been made. I hence contacted Pooja who also did not have a clue.

Requesting to speak to a supervisor, I was directed to Depu, who refused to share his ID. All he could say was sorry & the back end team would get back to me in 2hrs.

It's ridiculous that, such misleading, incorrect & wrong information is being passed on by your representatives.

At least an accurate or approximate time & date can be given from your CC Team.

Kindly do find a resolution to this ongoing issue. Waiting is fine but misleading information is unacceptable from an organisation of your status & repute.

Three blood test and one urine text was taken at my home on my call.

I paid the entire amount the collecting boy asked for.

I never received any confirmation over my phone which usually uses to come.

Later in the evening when I didn’t received any report, I called the collection boy and he sent me the report in a second.Afterwards I got messages and all to download report.
However I still have to receive report o[censored]RINE CULTURE, and the collecting boy told me right now how can you call me at this time.This calls for immediate action.

I did test report of D DIMR at lab no.[protected] on date 26/05/2021 . But still I am not received my report, today is 5th day, i don't understand what's going on there

I have not received any bills for the tests done since a month. I visited the lab multiple times to get the tests done, even for RT PCR, and I was charged Rs. 1200. Why are the tests so expensive when even Manipal and Apollo charges only rs 800?
Even for the blood tests you are charging heavily and that too without any bills. Your printers are out of ink, staff doesn't want to help. To add more, no basic hygeine is maintained like sanitizing the chair, where a patient's was sitting even for RT-PCR test. If you can't maintain basic hygeine even in these challenging times, after charging double the amout of the actual cost, it is highly disappointing.

Extremely poor management!

Today on the morning I did a test of typhoid and malaria from the Red Path Lab, in which I asked him when I will get the report, then he said that you will get the report by evening so I gave him blood sample and full payment. Then I called in the evening, then he said that you will give the report till 08 o'clock. Now even after my repeated calls, they are not responding. And neither is receiving the phone. How easily the people of Lal Path Lab are playing with the lives of others.

I went to rtpcr test on 21 may at lab in Vaishali sector 1 ghaziabad there I was charged 1100 instead of 900 and later on I received a msg ki bill receipt is for Rs 900.i argued with the guy but he denied please look into the matter otherwise issue will be raised.in this Covid time Dr lal path lab is looting money.

My sample was collected on 2/5/21 for RTPCR test and also got massage with ID no- [protected] and SRF No[protected] till now no any response . During the covid situation I feel you are harrassing me and my family. I had repeatedly follow up with sample collector ( mobile no - [protected] ) but he continuesly misleading us and block my ph and he also taken rs 5100.00 from us.

On 20.04.2021 I had to do some pathological test of mine & of my wife.
Lab has generated Lab ID[protected]. I had paid the entire amount 5350/- visa Paytm link provided me on my phone no. [protected].
But on the very next moment I was told by your representative that this lab id is wrongly generated, your refund will be received within a week on the original mode of payment.

Later on vide Lab Id[protected] rahul Bhushan) for self &[protected]Lalitesh Sing) of my wife. I again made payments of these tow Lab Id and get my report later on.

But still I had not received the made payment of Rs 5350 against the wrongly generated Lab Id.
Lab representative told me that they had made the mail and payment will be credited in a week.

later on[protected], I, called the helpline no. and report my conscience, they have degenerated case id[protected], and said that by tomorrow there will be a return confirmation call on my registered mobile [protected]. But I did not received the same.
I again made the call on 08.05.2021, it was ensured by representative that in 04 hours there will be a return call.

But sorry there is no call.
I agin made acall today i.e.[protected] around 01:45 PM), it was said by representative Mr Rajat, there will be return confirmation call on the matter by 30 minutes. But again no response.

Further I made a call again around 03:45 PM, and this time representative Mr Rajat said, by 04 hour there will be call, so i asked for the mail id.

Now this is simply harassment of a customer, whose there is no fault.

I had alreday mailed the matter along with all proof on 10.05.21 to Customer.[protected]@lalpathlabs.com, but there is no response on the issue.

I have done some test from krishna nagar center and report also received in report login but invoice of said report is incomplete. I have contacted to customer care but no response. Then I have emailed to the company and after 3rd reminder I have received a response from the company that your complete invoice has been uploaded and you can download the same from report login. When I report login opened then the no invoice was showing as well as the report also.

I Sunil nasa have given a blood sample to lalpathlabs Naveen Shahdara on 4th May 2021 at 8:40 am...The blood sample is recieved by you on 5th May 2021 at 8:45 pm.after 36 hours..as shown in report very clearly.my lab ID is[protected] mobile number is [protected]...And today my test has done by old sample and generated the report by lalpathlab which is not authentic because of old blood sample...so please help me for this and do my tests again

I had ordered blood tests through Dr. Lal Path Lab website and home collection agent AMRIT SEHRAWAT ([protected]) collected the samples on[protected] between 08:00 - 09:00 as per schedule. The samples were given for Swasthfit Vitamin Package and Swasthfit Woman Package under Lab ID[protected]Name Anjali Vyas) and Swasthfit Advance Package under Lab ID[protected]Name Amit Vyas) and since[protected] I have been trying chase the lab for results but despite continuous follow up I have still not received reports even after one week.

After continuous efforts I managed to speak to the Customer Care team and he was not able to find the reports and confirmed it has been escalated to the concerned team with ref. # INQ[protected] with assurance that reports will be uploaded latest by 5:30 PM on[protected] but still there reports are not available.

I gave my sample for covid rtpcr on 27th April 2021, by home sample collection process in haridwar for 3 members.

The sample collection agent told me that within 4 to 72 hr report will be positively generated.

On 29th April, 2021, I got the report of two family members, but still I haven't get my test result.
I have talked to collecting agent several times, evertime he is telling me that they have excalated the complaint on urgent bases..
Request you tto intervene and solve this issue. If you need repeat sample, please communicate on urgent basis as things are already delayed very much.
