I purchased two packets of pass pass from my locality shop later on when i bought i saw the date which is expiry.
How come they are still selling pass pass with that expired batch no.?
Just bcoz no one is going to inspect that doesn't matter poor consumer like us will suffer.
Kindly look into this serious matter without much delay or else i will take this matter in the eyes of law.

Purchase 5 candy from Ahmedabad satellite, at goga parlour, near iscon emporio.
Found red ants in wrapper and also red ants found in candy's material, I am really very disappointed after this scenario. I am very unhappy with this incident....

I purchase 5 pulse from a pan parlour at satellite Ahmedabad area, near iscon emporio.
When I tear wrapping and open I found candy with red ants and, also some ants stuck in candy when mfg was done. This is really unhappy experience and disturb me lot....

I, Advocate Komal Sharma, had purchased 10 Pass Pass Pulse Candy from a Local Shop at Janakpuri on 23.08.2022. I always carefully check the manufacturing and expiry date on any edible product I purchase. I, that time, did not check the details on the pulse candy as I was in a rush. Later, I noticed that there is no manufacturing date written on any of the Pulse candy wrapper. Only 'Best before 12 months'...

I have bought 20 pulse candy, in which one of these is empty, and i have it with me

I am a customer of RG pan masala since the 4gm pouch came for Rs. 5/- only. The quality of the product has been same except some issues in betwn after changing the packeting quality. But now there is a vast change in the quality. It is worse. After chewing, the mouth smells fowl. This is sad for a company like DS Group. The price is also high for this quality. There is no flavour of ingrediants as mentioned. Nothing makes it so expensive. Please do take necessary steps to provide us the same quality as it was in the begining.

Hi, I am from jodhpur and a regular addict consumer of rajnigandha pan masala, the MRP of the Rajnigandha standard 4g pouch is Rs.18/- while since past few days every one selling the same for Rs. 30/- and Rs 35/-, what is the reason, and the seller says that the distributor are the one's who does this black marketing. Please make note of the same and take action at the earliest. Regards

Today i have purchased 10 nos of Pass Pass Pulse toffee from local shop, out of 10 toffee we get air in 2 nos of piece instead of toffee

please check and revert us positively.

The Pulse toffee packet is empty its is inflated with air..

But now this time i am too disappointed highlly because of quality issue in pass pass pulse packet jar
Taste was not good, air effected, sunlight or heat might be effected
When i was gone at wholsale store from where i brought they denied refused
So i have to complained here

I, Mitisha Shah, had purchased your product Pass Pass Pulse on 23rd February, 2017.

I purchased about 20 Pulse from a local shop in Bandra on 23.02.2017 for consumption on the same date. However from the lot of 20 pulse we had just opened 2-3 and we came across this one candy which had a black mark/spot/dirt/patch on it. I have also enclosed herewith the photos of the said candy.

We tried to check the manufacturing date on the candy pack, however to our suprise there was no date mentioned on the cover. The only thing it stated was "Best before 12 months from packaging". How can one come to know when the 12 months comes to an end?

It was our fortune that none of the small kids in the family consumed it.

I would request you to kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

We cannot expect such kind of products from a brand like yours.

Today I have purchased 10 pulse candy from a local retail shop on 06.07.2016( Lokhra, Guwahati, Assam). Out of which I found 3 are empty.After one hour I came back to the retail shop again for exchanging 3 empty candy.But the shop owner do not agree for the same .He told me that it is regular problem.Need compensation for the same.

Got a hair in candy pulse !! Worst ever !!! do company have any hygiene measures about the product ?? i would suggest not to have such candy & will suggest all my friends & relatives !! Even sharing this on social media so that people who consume this candy without noticing hairs will take care next time !!

Hi Your products are owesome, but may you don't inhalf stock or production of pulse candy. Specific this product really have high demand in market. Please request you to provide is availability in market. Hope you haven't discontinued. It's have really owesome taste.

ds group-rajniganha's distributor is involved in black marketing of rajnigandha in hapur,dist.panchsheel nagar.in this,sales executive & other staff is also involved.they are selling rajnigandha by raising 25-30% by actual cost.a lot of times,compaling to sales executive & company,but no response.
