I have order a pair of football boots from there on July 2020 and still haven't received it, this is just absurd and am very unhappy as i spent my own money!...

I ordered 1 jersey in March 2021 & made full online payment & no response from the company for my email and order has not been received.

I had recently ordered IPL jerseys from a site dsports11. I made payment through payumoney channel and it was successful. I got message that order is successful. But its been more than 2 weeks and i haven't got any updates. There is no communication possible with the merchant which means it is a fraud. Kindly check and refund me the money back....

On 21st April 2021, I ordered for a RCB Jersey and payment was done same day through UPI platform, but till now I haven't received order confirmation when the product will be delivered and also there is no proper response from the company I strongly sense there is some fraudulent activity the company is doing for the the very sensitive customers they are cheating the customers by creating a wrong website and giving some fake offers kindly...

I had clearly written that my name and the number 4 were to be printed at the back of the jersey, but that didn't happen. I had paid ₹799 for the jersey. The one without the name and number costs only 699. I tried to add an image of the jersey (that came without the name) several times but it says photo size too large....

I have ordered a customerized team jersey on dsports11, I have paid money but there is no update on the status of the order. Been more than 15 days. Email to Customer support has no response...

I have ordered my product on the 6th of April 2021 and the money got deducted at the same time I got the confirmation mail from the bank and I got a number as well that is (DS2716) and I haven't received an email confirmation nor message from them. Even nothing is showing in my account tab in their website, after clicking the my account tab it redirects to the home page. I emailed them several times but got no reply. Please do something. I did receive an email with order number DS2541 but as of now there is no confirmation on when thr product will be delivered and no reply to my emails that I have sent to them regarding the delivery. I believe it's a fraud website and should be banned from all the platforms....

The website dsports11 takes money in advance for payment of jerseys online but the products are never shipped. It's a fraud website without any contact number or option for refund....
