Their chat option is showing unavailable. But after the payment no update I have received from their side.

I had ordered a Manchester City Home Jersey on 9th of September, 2020. I paid online for it as the website had no cash on delivery option. I was told the delivery would be made in 10-17 days which is unusually high. After payment I received no confirmation email or text message. I have tried sending emails to them repeatedly and the parent comapny 'Shopify.' There has been no reply....
