Different item delivered against mayment of rs 695 by e kart delvery boy.
Please take back the item and retrn the amount...

I have placed an order in Flipkart which will delivered to you on date through E kart with tracking number and agent number from the nearest hub like this I have received a mail from Flipkart .
But the agent not supposed to delivery at my home step ask me to come to hub which is 40 kms from my home .
And I got one shocking news after I gone to that hub not even an single employee doesn’t know about exchange process, I have raised an complaint in Flipkart but they have got the feedback like it’s not delivered area from E kart .
The agent and available person said whatever you can do we won’t deliver the product to your they said .

They said we have not got trained for this working .
I need complimentary for this behaviour from E kart with proper response .
Or I will raise a case in consumer court with proper evidence .

The concern is about the fraud delivery of the product ship to my home address.

Product not delivered from e kart logistic

I have order 108 pieces of diapers. I have received 54 pieces that is 54 pieces. Now they are telling that they have not delivered that 54 pieces because they are not finding my address.

Pick up boy is refusing to take courier from the address 4 times the same answer was given by the pick up boy. If there is no solution this time, then I will have to take some other action. take immediate action on this complaint

Hi this is shweta from Gujarat, I ordered 2 wheeler cover from Flipkart. Yesterday my order delivered by your delivery boy, I gave him shipping OTP also, I was not there to recieve my parcel so I told him to give it to my neighbour. But my parcel is misplaced by your delivery boy. Kindly contact him and do the needful.

I have ordered some item from Seller shipped from ludiana through Ekart tracking no. SYRP[protected] on 23th JAN 2023. It has till date i.e., 3.02.2023, not reached its destination BANGALORE. In between at Ekart’s Ludhiana hub the tracking says “MARKED RTO:ORDER REJECT”. I don’t understand what it means. Surprised that even after 11days I haven’t received my order. What kind of courier service is this that takes so much time. You are requested to look into the matter and arrange for delivery of my order at the earliest.

I am not received the product. Delivery boy asked the password, and I shear the password, there after delivery boy go back there destination.

He doesn't accept the call First i have call 10 times in that time he is not accepting the call after sometime i have call 15 time at now he started to cut the call after calling about about 20 time he switched off the phone

I had ordered an item through a seller in which the delivery was supposed to be made by ekart logistics. On the contrary it being late for delivery, it was marked RTO without my prior conscience. This is truly frustrating. Please resolve the matter at the earliest.
