I have ordered a laptop through flipkart on 4th oct. Which is supposed to be delivered on 7th oct, then delivered is postpone
to 9th oct.
But not delivered, i understand due to heavy rush its got delayed
But still not delivered yet.
I called several time to customers care but there is no one who can provide the proper detail regarding the product delivery, .
Several times i go to your hub for self pickup they refuse to gave me.
They gave assure resolved date of 14th oct, but again fail to provide information, and gave me 16th oct date. Will see till 16
oct 2021 and then will log complain.
Then there is false upated that they tried to contact but no response for customers.
Its very harshing and disturbed my mind

11/10/21 monday morning the delivery boy had arrived to me. But i didn't get any otp for your side and i lose my order. Then i check my order status it had not cancelled. So please contact me ([protected]), and inform my order status and delivery details

I placed an order on flipkart. After a few days, someone called me asking for replacement but not of any delivery. I thought it to be a spam, so I ended the call. Then after no call came. After a few hours a msg popped up about order rejection. I didn't wished for order rejection. Want it to get delivered soon.

I've received my product and wanna exchange/ return it but the status of the product says out for delivery

I purchased a motorola frontload washingmachine through flipkart, on 4/10/2021 I received a call from e kart wish master regarding delivery they are not going to deliver the address which I mentioned in the orders details, and also not responded my calls after that I did 15times call s to that wish master he deliberately cutting my call and not answering my phone number, today I received a message from flipkart reagrding my product cancellation it being returned to the seller, . Because of the irresponsible behaviour of the wish master I a m unable to take the product .

They delivered me shoes from flipkart
I raised request to return.. even mentioned product is not matching the image in flipkart
Flipkart has no issue, the product vendor has no issue, both of them have accepted the return, but Ekart agent is not picking the product and keep rejecting it 3 times
E-kart just have to deliver the product and they not doing this dont know why

I'm right now in Dharamshala..its a hilly terrain and have to walk around 1 km to give the product, and agent simply keep rejecting it
Its been 3 times now

pls anyone from e-kart can help

I Have Ordered For Pocket Laptop 128 GB But I have Received T Shirt

I am manasa raghu i have ordered combo of 2 kurtis on 13/9/19 costing rs 689/-.. I have got wrong stock that is a saree instead of kurtis it is not at all good. I need refund immediately, i have also added the images relating to this order.
If it is not done i am going to take it for the further process. So kindly do it as soon as possible.
