My name is soundarya i have availed a loan from your company . Deu to death in my family i couldn't pay the EMI but your tele calling executive and collection executive. Was very abusive to me and my husband they have used body shaming words and disrespectful words to my husband . Executive was trying to get a physical fight with my husband . As we have witness all our neighbour saw that incident. I have the number and the name of the person who keeps calling me

One of their collection executives called me "Randi" multiple times only because of my inability to pay.

I had some medical emergency in my family.my father in law has sudden brain hamrej.so I admitted him in ICU.He was there for 7 days.He expired on 8th day.I explained them everything about expenses send them bills, his videos of his condition...I was facing already some financial problems n this sudden medical emergency broken me that I am standing no where.I explained them everything with proof send mails, explained on calls messages, still getting messages n calls for home visit n more calls.I was just asking for time extention but their harassment activities is increasing...A person who suddenly lost his family member, they do not understand what he is facing...They kept n doing calls all day.

Early salary employees calling on all my contacts list and calling them sharing pictures of mine

I am submitting that I am working in the police department in civil as Head Constable at Nellore. After explained the personal Accidental Policy by the NIVA Bhupa Authorities of Branch office, Nellore I have joined in Niva Bhupa Personal Accidental Insurance scheme vide policy No. [protected] and customer ID No. [protected] on[protected] for three years i.e up to[protected].

In this connection, I have paid to them first down payment Rs. 6, 000/- and they issued policy. After that one month Rs. 4, 530/- was paid on[protected] and second month due Rs. 4, 850/- was paid on[protected] at the office of the Niva Bhupa Branch Office, Nellore. Due to busy with my other duties, as I have to think that if any month will be miss, then loosing the benefits of insurance scheme, before taken the policy I have taken promise that the due payments will give to the branch authorities, they will pay the due amounts to concerned. Accordingly since now I am sending dues to them.

While depositing second month due to you by them, they kept pending for the clarification of the policy issued to police personnel? Or not? So on this subject matter, second month due is not clear to you by them.
I was receiving the phone calls, SMSs from the Early Salary in my working hours, it is very disturbance to me, even though I have explained the problem to them. Then I met the branch office authorities Sri Prabhakar Reddy, Branch Manager (phone No. [protected]), Sri Durga Prasada Rao, Regional Manager (phone No. [protected]) and agent Phone No. ([protected]) in their office, they were clarified that police personnel are not eligible to join in Personal accidental plan insurance scheme as their higher-ups decided. Hence they did not deposit the second month due to you i.e Early Salary. So, they sent messages to their higher-ups to do what next? And to act accordingly.

I request you please may address the NIVA Bhupa Health Insurance Branch authorities with the above available phone numbers or their higher authorities through your convenient communication on my customer ID which was created at your service.

I received a call from EARLY SALARY EXECUTIVE named Radheyshyaam saying he has my phone book access and if I don't pay him 20000 immediately he will call and abuse my contacts taking my name and will be harassing them as well. What kind of goons are you people.

I received a call from +[protected] Radheyshyaam an executive assistant from EARLY SALARY harassing me to either pay up 20000 instantly or else he will be calling up my contact list and abusing them taking my name. What is this goon buisness EARLY Salary is running.

+[protected] I received a call with this number named Radheyshyaam saying I'm from early salary if you don't pay 20000 by today I'm calling your phone book contacts what kind of behavior is this and how early salary intruded to my contact list without my permission

I availed loan from early salary. Due to not in job I am unable to made the payment. 1st emi I pod on time. 2nd emi I am unable to pay. Now agent from early salary called me and harrased me over the call. He said you are begger. Use very bad words. I really don’t know how to stop all this.

They are just horrible, please stop using this firm guys and then only they will stop harassing people.
My brother took one course online they are associated with them. I stop paying emi as they were not providing the service they promised. There was an email going on between all three and we kept this early salary people in cc for there info. But still they harassed me like hell and not only this they also made negative comments on my cibil score, now I started paying the emi but they still not updating the comments as I now am paying my emi on time. Not only this they are so horrible in a month they will ask you to pay two emi, do people requesting you, be aware of this horrible firm as they will sit on you head and harasse you like anything

I borrow some loan from early salary due to some reason I would not able to pay on right time now they are calling me abusing me and also threating my relatives and friends please need imediate actions I will pay there amount

Alert!HDFC Bank Mandate reference no: HDFC[protected] issued to Razorpay software pvt ltd with value Rs. 21000.00 and frequency ADHO is received today for processing.

I got this message and I haven’t initiated any mandate and auto payments.

Kindly resolve my issue amd its a matter of 21, 000/-

HI sir, due to job loss I didn't pay one emi in early salary. For that they called my relatives and threatened me that they will bring police to home. And one of the executive called me and telling me to pay the money. I told him I don't have job. I'd you defame me like that I don't have other option except suicides. Executive telling me to pay and die. I raised a complaint with early salary. They are telling they didn't find any misbehaviour in the conversation. How they got my contacts they hacked my contacts.

My name is Imran I have due an emi of current month and also inform them that I will be paying 2 emi in next month their recovery agent have hacked my phone book and calling all my relative and friends and using abusing language.
I am registrating a complaint on this forum & also mailing their management about the incident.
hacking of some one personal stuff is not a good practice.

I have a loan with early salary . My loan is is. LAI[protected].

I don't have salary from July end.

I habe informed the early salary team.

Still I am getting call and harrasment to pay anyhow.

Please suggest some solution urgently.

The agents are calling me everyday and making my life difficult

I have three loans with early salary one cash loan and two Amazon loan I left my job and I am currently pregnant and I have informed them many times about my issue that I will not be able to move and there is no source of income and I need time in arranging the amount or reduce the emi amounts so that I can arrange the amount and make the payments today morning I some how arranged 5000 and closed one loan I have got around 20 calls today continuously and they are telling it is system generated and one agent is asking me whether you can't go to the job your sitting at home and not paying the emi they are literally abusing the customer you can take my records with early salary I have been a long term customer with good credit history they don't even consider that they are talking to a lady and if they have job they can talk anything. And they are increasing the interest rate daily charges alone is 6000+
